Based on his final votes I'm going to say it's LIKELY Land of DW's 8 was me, if it was somehow Fljótavík that would mess things up but I doubt I'd have gone from 0 in the semi to 15 in the final. It can't have been Cadelicia anyway because he gave them 5 already. So basically unless Beaverdonia gave 1-4 points to Cadelicia the finalists were all correct.
