Ugh, just watched last nights and James is such a smug asshole!

He's totally in it for the win and is being so fake. Playing the mediator and the voice of reason.. he's ridiculous.

He probably will win it because he's playing the 'nice guy' card but I don't buy it at all.

I agree, I mean for example I know Chloe can be very annoying but he's so nasty to her for no reason. I know it would get on nerves that she fake cries all the time, goes OTT with her dramatics etc. but he goes for her, rips her apart, incessantly for no reason really. If she's that bad, don't waste your time on her! And I know it's a different circumstance and obviously his brother dying is awful, but how come everybody has to stop their lives for the anniversary of his death and yet if other people are upset (I know Chloe does bring out the histronics as well), he just passes it off and takes the piss. It really is quite rude, he's very self centred, moreso than Chloe for example.

I agree. He often is right to get upset (i.e. Chloe not attending the tribute, Janice tonight) but the way he goes about things is horrific and highlights what he's truly like, someone who is very self-centered. Tonight, he was absolutely awful with Janice and Bobby, once again putting himself at the centre and talking down to people and acting as though he's the best person alive. It's ridiculous the amount of times he refuses to accept Janice's apologies. Yes, Janice was wrong to step down but she clearly didn't do it with the clear intention of disallowing someone their letter. His behaviour with her also meant that of course she wouldn't pick him to receive his letter. It was wrong imo for him to state he deserved his letter more than most of the others, especially when a lot of the others have children. The stuff he was calling Janice in the Diary Room was shocking too. Janice is no saint but she's not malicious. I really hope that Austin's popularity is fading fast.

Other than that, I really emjoyed the design of the House, especially the Red lava pool, major props to the Design Team! Even if some stuff was borrowed from Armageddon Week in BB15 :kink:

Yeah, Austin really is a piece of work.

Austin is actually more vile than Farrah.

His rant at Janice in the bedroom is one of the most uncomfortable things I've seen on this show. He literally said every single thing he could think of to hurt her.

The things Austin said to Janice in the bedroom were appalling and unforgivable, but I did connect to him emotionally in the diary room shortly afterwards which is rare for me and it makes me understand why he is the way he is. What he said to Janice was horrible but that aside I have warmed to Austin again over the last few days.

That said, from the 4 up for eviction tonight I want Janice and Jenna to stay - but it will probably be Bobby and maybe just Janice over Austin.

There's surely no defending him after what he said? Absolutely vile and he better be evicted tonight. What a horrid person he is.

I also really hate when people take offence at being nominated :drama: It's almost as if some people think they're untouchable and shouldn't ever be nominated even if there's a valid reason. The way Natasha was interrogated about her noms for example - do Austin and Jenna realise she HAS to nominate 2 people in there even if she likes everyone?

Well they were asking Natasha about her nominations because they wanted to understand why she had nominated them in further detail. That said, it's all part of the game and they should expect nominations..

The worst part of it was James nominating Austin. Absolutely no loyalty at all! How can your 'best friend' nominate you?

Even with Austin's behaviour, I hate that James has to act as some sort of chaperone and preaches about how he doesn't like the way Austin talks to other people.. And then when they try to discuss it, he says he's being attacked and walks away.

No matter how much you hated what your best friend was doing, you wouldn't throw them under the bus like James did.

And I don't agree with Bobby saying that it was brave and that it needed to be done to show Austin the truth..

It was done it private in the diary room and it's sneaky.

To share a bed with Austin and Jenna and then nominate them both 2 days later is such a sly move and I personally believe he's done it to play the nice guy card and wants to bring home the win.

I just can't buy James' reason for nomination Austin as trying to be helpful to him. How did James know that Austin was going to see his nomination of him on TV, usually he wouldn't have seen it so therefore James was nominating him behind his back.

You are 100% right.

I said the same thing to Michelle Visage on Twitter last night and she quoted me and said "omg true"

I agree that James shouldn't have really nominated Austin and he is a bit of a game-player but that doesn't excuse the rest of Austin's behaviour for me and I agree, the questioning towards Natasha was very much - how dare you nominate me.
I thought Jenna actually softened a lot without Farrah in there. Only downfall if anything was palling with Austin. Hopefully he's next. He deserves to after calling Janice a c**t. Surprised he didn't get ejected for that, SML!

Well that's one out of two of my picks gone. Although Jenna was nowhere as bad as Farrah.

No idea how anyone can pick up the phone and spend money to save that after last night. Incredibly disapointed in the British public.
Ugh. Typical 'he's hott!!!' vote out in force I suppose :/ Janice may have not lives to the fullest potential that was expected but she damn near entertained me and it's a shame she's out before the final. Would have had her down as a definite finalist on launch week :(
