Can't say i'm too familiar with him beyond a few tracks from Wakin On a Pretty Daze, maybe I need to rectify this 😺

 

I've been wanting to make a thread on this for days but after my other one FRANKLY BOMBED I thought less of it. 'Pretty Pimpin' is so lovely right now, I think it's probably his most accessible since 'Jesus Fever'.

I'm always an album behind with Kurt Vile. Smoke Ring for My Halo was essential for me around the time Wakin on a Pretty Daze (which I haven't heard) came out. So I'll probably have to give WAOPD a listen before I check this out. (I highly recommend SRFMH btw.)
