Odd, I actually just searched Google news recently to see if there was anything going on with them. I know they've hinted at the possibility of a reunion for years but this seems to be the most concrete thing we've gotten. Would love to see it happen but only if it's for a proper album with shared vocals and a full era, not just a tour.

#JusticeForCarmit (is she included in this?)

If they do go for 'shared vocals', it's totally going to end up like the STEPS reunion. A few lines here and there, maybe a chorus or two with Nicole demoted to ad libbing, but you don't have a Nicole and then not USE HER.
The others can hardly sing tho. The only ones slightly capable of singing were Melody and Kimberley I think. The others were probably hired as dancers

The trouble with this is Nicole Scherzinger WAS the Pussycat Dolls, to all intents and purposes. Apart from occasional ad-libs that the others did (Melody should have been used more I think), she was essentially a solo artist with a set of good dancers and singers behind her that looked like a band.

I loved the 'PCD' album, I blasted it all the time in 2006. 'Doll Domination' I didn't care much for apart from the first couple of singles.

I can't see Nicole wanting to share the spotlight lets be realistic here.

You think she'd rather have no spotlight at all than share it with others?

Were the other girls even permitted to have spotlights?

Joking of course.

Nicole and Melody are both strong vocalists. Melody's voice can be grating at times but she sounds good when she isn't screaming. Ashley and Jessica are capable enough if their solo efforts are anything to go by. Kimberly can't sing to save her life but sounds OK in studio. Carmit actually had a good voice as well but she's probably 40+ by now...
Ten years after they took the world by storm with a string of number one hits, The Pussycat Dolls are getting back together, the group's creator has told Daily Mail Online.

According to Robin Antin all six girls are on board for the reunion, it's just a matter of when.

Antin, 51, founded the modern burlesque troupe The Pussycat Dolls in 1995, when their debut single, Don't Cha, topped the charts in 15 countries. She says she has been in talks with band members and is doing 'everything' she can to make the reunion happen sooner rather than later.

Led by Nicole Scherzinger, the all-girl group's debut album PCD amassed sales of over 10 million, as the posse became known as the sassiest group since the Spice Girls.

Their success turned Nicole, Melody Thornton, Carmit Bachar, Jessica Sutta, Kimberly Wyatt and Ashley Roberts into household names as they filled out stadiums around the world with their raunchy pop act and became one of the biggest-selling girl groups of all time.

Speaking about the comeback from her Los Angeles home, Antin told Daily Mail Online: 'The history of reunions is something that everyone always wants and looks forward to and I believe that, when the time comes for the Pussycat Dolls reunion, it will be massive.

'I have spoken with all of the girls about it a lot and I truly believe that's going to happen in the very near future.

'I just spoke to Nicole and told her about this interview and she said, "You can tell them I'm totally down for it'.

'Kim and I have also been talking openly about a reunion on Instagram, so we're definitely putting it out there.

'I'm going to do everything I can to make it happen, and I know all the girls feel the same way.

'It's just about timing and all of the different pieces of the puzzle coming together. I want it and the girls want it and everyone else wants it, then it's going to happen.'

I'm really not here for Carmit tho

Robin Antin has always annoyed me. She can't go two seconds without proclaiming her love for Nicole.

But she was instrumental for creating G.R.L. so I can forgive her for Nicole loving

I think we all need to be loving Nicole.

I'm not sure how the reunion would happen, a lot of bands who have returned usually tend to flop (no doubt, black eyed peas are not doing much with new single)

THIS. In fact when they did that God awful 'Search for the Next Doll/Girlicious' show the sum total of her contributions were eerily similar to this MadTV parody:

Robin Antin has always annoyed me. She can't go two seconds without proclaiming her love for Nicole.

For 7 years I have been thinking Robin Antin was a boy

Anyway hope a reunion happen *.*

Love that MadTV parody! It's hardly a parody as the show really was that bad...

Robin reminds me of a desperate pageant mom and she's always shading the other girls and their contributions. I love Nicole but I think her ego is big enough.

Brb, just gonna edit my score for you to be my new "11" in the rate! *.*

The best solo PCD track is still this:

Sorry Nicole!

Re the reunion: I don't see it working out. Doll Domination wasn't even close to being as successful as PCD and 8 years gone is a long time. Nicole shouldn't have been so disillusioned to begin with.

It's sooo good. Not only one of the best songs they've done but they actually sound like a group as well.

Not completely on topic but several of the Sunday tabs are claiming Nicole and Ed Sheeran are an item...

They would have some VERY interesting looking children if that were the case. Hawaii via Suffolk etc.
