September 17, 20159 yr This is hitting me now *.* Definitely not what I expected but really good
September 18, 20159 yr Wow, got her own back on Ed here, it couldn't be a more blatant response song. I really like it on first listen, not 10/10 like LMLYD but decent.
September 18, 20159 yr Definitely better on the second listen for me. The only bit I am not keen on is the chorus, sounds a bit too repetitive but loving the rest of the lyrics, especially in the first half of the track!
September 18, 20159 yr The production on this is absolutely sik. Love it. It's very Burn, but a little less generic.
September 18, 20159 yr I quite like this, but Love Me Like You Do is far better! It sounds like it might grow though.
September 20, 20159 yr presumably because they want you to listen to it on Spotify. They did this with 1D's new single which got them big first week streams.
September 21, 20159 yr i really find it woeful ellie has decided to follow the taylor-model of centring songs around "is this all about my former relationship with fellow celeb?" shtick to sell records. it's so smug and manipulative. aren't her and ed still good friends? does anyone really care? the production is very nice in places as with anything max martin produced by so many of the song details are so...un-ellie-like from choice of lyrics to pitching. it all ends up feeling rather faceless and a baffling choice of lead single...
