YOUR TOP 15: STAMP OF APPROVAL EDITION

Thanks to a 99 cent sale at Google Play, Ed Sheeran enters the race for #1 this week, going up against defending champ Luke Bryan. N.W.A’s Straight Outta Compton set is a Top 5 contender.

Here’s how it looks midweek.

Ed Sheeran (Asylum UK) 80-90k, 90-100k

Dr. Dre (Aftermath/Interscope) 40-45k, 50-55k

Now 55 (NOW/Legacy) 35-40k

N.W.A (Priority/UMe) 27-30k, 35-40k

*Melanie Martinez (WMG) 27-30k, 28-32k

*Elvis Presley (RCA) 25-28k ** USPS Exclusive CD **

*Bullet For My Valentine (RCA) 24-27k, 25-28k

Taylor Swift (Big Machine/BMLG) 19-22k, 30-35k

The Descendants (Walt Disney) 16-19k, 24-27k

Chinx (eOne) 14-17k, 15-18k

*Neck Deep (Hopeless) 14-17k, 17-20k

Sam Hunt (MCA Nashville) 13-15k, 25-28k

An Elvis Presley set will enjoy a nice week thanks to a USPS tie-in, as The King’s commemorative stamp is readied for your letters. Meanwhile, millions of young people asked what a letter is.

Posting in here as I don't see a thread for the current BB200 yet - I know Luke Bryan is huge in the USA but I'm surprised that Dr. Dre couldn't manage #1 after a 16 year wait, probably down to only being available through iTunes but that didn't stop it in the UK!
