Let's go back to the latest season and here we have pearl. pearl received just one brave little 11 from joe while getting the joint most amount of 10s in this whole rate with eight and only 3 scores of less than 9. pretty good. now that the average is over 9 the competition will be much tougher. pearl was known on the show for being a very pretty boy who sailed through competition because of other people's failures. she reached the top 3 but didn't win. oh well there's always all stars (to finish 2nd again behind alaska or adore).

shangela is known as the only queen ever to appear in two regular seasons. after the season 2 fiasco it was great to see her slay in season 3 but she still had room to grow. finishing 6th was still a great achievement. that comedy challenge performance is still one of my absolute favourite things about rpdr. she said LAQUIFA. i said WHAT?! *.*

and finally in 12th place there's our most recent winner and the current america's next drag superstar, violet chachki. she stated off poorly being a bitch and all but grew on many people, as well as contestants themselves which was very nice to see. her post-rpdr ep remains one of the, if not THE best drag queen releases ever. so incredible.

latrice, willam and sharon are still in contention from season 4;

okay let's start with THE BEST QUEEN EVER. she is just everything. too much things to list so i'm just gonna say she was ridiculously funny and witty. still is. she's the sort of person you want to be friends with in real life. she's nice and down to earth. there was literally no point in time where i would think 'oh she's not what i thought she was'. not even slightly. brushing off haters like it was none of their business, which it definitely wasn't indeed, shining in practically every challenge no matter what it was, slaying runway looks, having integrity, determination, not letting anyone walk all over her, providing some of the best moments in rpdr herstory, including the whole sleep thing, that amazing wit, comedy, professionalism, warmness, confidence, etc. etc. this is why i loved her so much on the show. come to think of it, based on that, she might be one of my favourite people like even outside of the show. seriously too incredible.

Truly one of the most unique and interesting drag queens on the show. she stole attention from the very first episode and she came victorious in the end slaying throughout the entire thing. she was ballsy taking risks and never apologising for what she was, did and how and why she did it. she owned every last second of the runway, her looks and performances in the challenges. she was able to do many things on the show: lament about how her then-bf and future rpdr finalist, alaska, is so amazing but never gets picked for this thing, instantly winning over fans because it made her look vulnerable and lovable; cover up farts on stage; do looks that no one ever would think of; fight with phi phi. sharon was pretty much both the lovable fan favourite underdog and the favourite to win that season which blows one's mind if you think about it too much. whether or not she's really a nasty obnoxious bitch irl is worrying but i'd rather judge her based on the artistic legacy she left from her time on the show. which was indisputably something other queens can only dream of ever achieving.

GET OUT.

 

Sharon only at 10 is a joke. She still remains my all-time favourite (alongside Bianca obvs). I don't even care if she's a c**t outside of the show, she was so so perfect in everything she did on Drag Race. Daring, unique and put Phi Phi O'Hara in her place - what more could you want?

 

How Manila is above her is so beyond me at this point.

Ahhhhhh I wish Shang had made top 10 ha. Kinda glad Jinxx, Raja and Sharon are all out (though deserving positions) and there are plenty non winners at the top! Yass for Juju top 10!
