They definitely will the two weeks leading up to Christmas I think, possibly upwards of 70k a week. Could this be their first album to go double platinum? :o

Assuming they are performing SLS on Christmas Day (Ideally there is still hope of an XF performance and AC is sustaining the promo)? They also have TOTP on Christmas day as promo. It's important as people will be getting iTunes gift cards for Christmas.

I'm just happy it's all paying off for them! More often than not lately, artists have had great promo and not really performed to expectations!

 

I can see them doing 'Black Magic' on Alan Carr though. They've already done LMLY on there, unless they decide to do a Christmas cover again?

They should be roughly just about top 20 in the highest selling albums of the year now! The album sales should increase week-on-week now, but even if they sold the same as this week (50k) every week until Christmas, they'd still make Platinum with 330k!

 

 

Amazing! So proud of them! I think the fact that LMLY appears to be such a grower for a lot of people i've spoken to, has made it the perfect single to promote a long, and successful campaign :wub:

But to be platinum by christmas is absolutely phenomenal :heart:

They should manage 50,000 at worst this week but hopefully even more. 250,000 wont be far off when this week is counted in.

So I'm assuming this week is the final push for Love Me Like You, with Live Lounge today, and Royal Variety Performance tomorrow and possibly BBC Music awards on Thursday. And then they're moving onto Secret Love Song next week, with Alan Carr and Text Santa for promo over the coming weeks. (Hopefully X Factor too!)
