This is more like it! Jade just gets it. Full of interesting talking points and anecdotes.

Some takeaways (SPOILER ALERT IF YOU WANT TO LISTEN):

- The label had planned 'Weird People' as a single with a music video based around 80's films such as 'Mannequin'.

- During the Teen Awards 'Black Magic' performance, the pyrotechnics reacted with the magnets in their outfits causing them to get electrocuted.

- They endeavored many times during the writing sessions to write a track inspired by Jason Derulo's 'Talk Dirty'.

- 'Monster In Me' COULD have been a single.

- 'F.U.' WAS supposed to be a single AND a music video was shot: Synopsis: The girls were in a country house manor, throwing their boyfriends stuff in slow motion. It seems it's release was replaced by 'No More Sad Songs'. (Correct choice.)

- Jade wants the 'F.U.' and 'Joan of Arc' videos to be included in the release of 'Between Us'.

- 'Grown' was considered for a single release too.

- 'Love Me or Leave Me' was supposed to be performed on the 'Get Weird' tour and made it to rehearsals, however it was cut. Jade hints that it was cut because she struggled on the bridge, however is keen to give us a live performance.

- We have some live performances coming out soon of some "Special" things.

- There was a song on the original album that sampled Nancy Sinatra's 'These Boots Are Made For Walkin' which Jade really liked and might try to leak something. B-)

That was SO interesting. Sounds as if the girl is WORKING HARD.

I always thought Weird People would've made a really interesting single.

Definitely prefer it over Hair.

Me too, Hair has always been one of my least favourite singles from them. However I'm glad it did big things for them.

I would love to see the unreleased videos. Probably unlikely.

Need the explicit of LMLY.

I hope we get Love Me Or Leave Me live.

I'm certainly not getting my hopes up, but I don't see why they didn't just release them as Promo videos at least, since the budget was used to shoot them. What went so wrong with 'Joan of Arc' that 'Strip' and 'More Than Words' still got theirs's released. 'Nothing Else Matters' got a promo video too.

I think Joan of Arc was supposed to be an actual single. Remember it was the first song they teased, and it was a moment!

From the sounds of it the majority of the album was put forward to be a single.

Imagine a run like:

1. Woman Like Me

2. Joan of Arc

3. Strip

4. Think About Us

5. Monster In Me

6. Wasabi

7. The Cure

I'm sure we'll hear more on it in the next couple of weeks.

Lol. I don't actually think Wasabi was supposed to be a single. I think it was after the album was released that they realised it was a fan favourite. I don't think Jesy liked Monster in Me.

This is all my perception based on happenings around the album release.

I think they knew the album was packed with so many good songs. I get the feeling that all these "That was supposed to be a single" was based on how good they felt about each song after recording/listening to it.

By album release, what I thought from all I gathered was: Joan of Arc, The Cure, and one of Think About Us/Monster in Me. With Woman Like Me, that'd complete their usual 4 single-run of the album. When the rumours became strong about TAU, I was sad because I knew that was it for Monster in Me.

This is all what I felt. Might as well be bullocks. Lol
