I think the metadata for Lonely Together has been messed up on Spotify because the version on Phoenix is now the Alan Walker remix :o

It's had an amazing run tbh!!! I'm really pleased with how well it's done in the long run, especially after the disappointing peak!

It managed to outlast her debut album in the top 100

 

And we’re getting to a stage where there’s many new releases each week now so it’s done well to last as long as it did.

 

There’s always a chance of it re entering too.

One year ago since the infamous "She's definitely going to be top 10" :')

I so remember this chart week last year I thought it was gonna enter at like #4 when it went in at #11 I thought whaaaat! Thankfully it turned around and become quite successful and a long runner despite the low peak and big drop in week two.

I was worried at its Number 11 debut and also its 2nd week fall but it made a good recovery.

It achieved a good chart run but i think Rita should have done a re-issue adding the singles she had features on as the album would have achieved a further boost.

 

 

First Time High still sounds so good :heart: my favourite non single off this album.

 

I think I’ll revisit the entire album over the weekend whilst m I’m running. Been a while since I’ve heard this in full don’t think I’ve given it a full spin since it turned one in November.

Insane!! :o A deluxe really feels like a missed opportunity especially after seeing that.

I seen that and was thinking why would she add R.I.P on as it was on her debut album. Totally forgot about the other track with the same name :lol:

I was listening to this album on the way to work this morning and I'd forgotten just how good it is - with any justice, Only Want You would've smashed and we could've had two more hits in New Look and First Time High. One of my favourite pop albums of the past few years :wub:

'Only Want You' truly was robbed, my love for that song has grown exponentially since then.

Phoenix looked like Rita was firmly back the map but the next album looks though it's facing an uphill struggle.
