Yeah I kind of agree with Troye's veto. I've seen about 3+ of his songs (without intentionally Googling them) also.

eughh popjustice, I never even thought to look there given I don't use the site and for once never found my entry from looking online :lol: Idk why I thought it had to be top 40 charting for it to receive any veto points, ah well thanks for letting me know and now I have a better idea of what I can send in future contests ^_^

'Wild' even went top 100 on iTunes and Spotify UK so I'd be surprised if it didn't get vetoed

Didn't expect to get vetoed again :drama: I did have a look to see if it was veto-worthy and all I could find was that they were entered once before but with a different song... I presumed since I sent my entry in the day this thread was up and heard nothing until today that my song was fine as well :unsure:.... it's okay, I had a back up anyways but I doubt it will qualify :(

 

Sorry about that Lindsey, we didn't get Zella (I take it that she was your entry based on Cameron's post) until the second batch and the research of that batch (and later batches) was only completed yesterday as there are a lot of songs to get through!

the sample is from kelly charles 1987 track 'you're no good for me' tho ~ it doesn't actually sample the prodigy at all :unsure:
