Happy Birthday Overload!!!!!!!!!!!! :cheer:

15 years ago today on the 11th of September 2000 the Sugababes released their debut single Overload. Who could have know the effect that these three teenagers would have on our lives over the next 15 years. The 4 line ups of the brand would experience incredible highs (Three) and gutting lows (4.0).

Charting at #6 and nominated for a brit award this was no flash in the pan debut!

But it all started with this:

(Youtube doesn't like the official video. London Records - or whoever now owns them - keep taking it down)

Who could forget the now ICONIC stools routine that first appeared at TOTP:

A few more recent live performances, first up is from the day after Overload became a teenager!

The intro from the Sacred Three tour:

The AMAZING LIFE REDEFINING Scala proper-comeback gig:

and of course, the NYE 4 song ponystep surprise comeback gig:

Happy birthday Overload! Now if you'll excuse me I'm off to watch MKS live videos until 4am.

I'm having a Sugababes day to celebrate. Well, afternoon and evening.

I can't believe that 13 years ago RR was released and I became a fan. That's half my life (I'm now 26) that I've spent looning for this band/brand and just worshiping at the alter of Mutya Buena

Only since Round Round? Clearly not a true fan like me from Overload! :P

I remember the stool routine and how cool and fresh Overload sounded when it came out. 15 years ffs. I didn't remember they got a Brit nomination for it!

What are you doing for your Sugababes day?

*goes to put on Overload*

I still listen to it every now and then, I of course had no idea what would come when it was first released (but did anyone?)

That also means 15 years since 'On A Night Like This' That was such a classic week. I remember listening to that chart, it's probably my favourite one ever.
