So Lindsey and Lotti have discovered a cool little site where you can play any video from the Internet with anyone who has the room link and you can chat while watching it. It's essentially plug.dj/Dubtrack but for movies (and no skipping ofc :P)

 

It's an early idea but some of you have expressed interest in it so I'll give it a go :)

 

How about we all post ideas for a film to watch each night, and maybe make a poll on what everyone wants to watch first :P

Should be easy enough to sign up. I think every account is essentially a "room", hopefully the suggester is also able to host the film at a specific time or alternatively someone else could step in with a link ;)

We've had a few in the Dubtrack thread, not sure on dates yet. Maybe make a poll on what day?

I dont think this is an every night kind of site the way dubtrack is (or turn.fm hopefully will be :kink:) but it could be a good thing to have once in a while to mix it up a bit. I did mention this thought in the dub thread but it's probably worthwhile repeating here, since Halloween is in two weeks maybe our first BuzzJack movie night could be at some point during the week of Halloween and we could stick on a horror film of some sort, could be quite fun :D

It's got some fairly scary/gruesome scenes in it and it's a pretty decent watch IMO.

 

I've got an idea about when to host the hallowe'en films. Since most of us still have school/college/work etc. we could wait until half term and then have one hallowe'en/horror film per night through the half term? Not sure what day to host my film but I'll probably be free most of the time unless something unexpected crops up.

Yea I had a week off college last week, now I'm not off until Christmas :lol: I don't think finding a night to do it will be a problem though, I mean dub/plug was at its busiest from like 9pm to after midnight so say we started watching a film at 8 or 9pm, I'm sure most could make it ^_^

Ok what I'm going to do is this:

Please suggest any horror movies you would like to watch over the Halloween week by either posting in this thread or PMing me. I will then make a poll in the next couple of days of the films suggested and also i'll put in all the days next week and see what day/days are most popular :) Hope this makes sense :)
