Maybe when the music video is out.

It's the sprt of track that would benefit from a big primetime slot, a really nice ballad, wouldn't mind if she performed it on Sunday on XF even although I'd prefer to see OMM.

I had no idea 'Be Right There' was a remake of another song! ;o

The original, "Don't Walk Away", was a UK top 10 hit in 1993 and it's still a great listen.

What a crying shame that Downtown will probably peak at 11.

Downtown is verging on Uptown Funk levels of bad, the guy on the chorus can't even sing, it sounds like a mess of ten songs put together and the whole thing is just plain irritating anyway

Downtown is another that just went silver.
#13 seems to be their unlucky number. Was hoping for it to go top 10

Edited by Hadji

Lay It All On Me has really hit me this week. I really don't mind it at all.
New Peak for Never Forget You! :cheer:

Actually I thought it peaked in the top 10. Maybe it was in the iTunes top 10 and mixed it up with that.

And a top 20 hit for Javine a few years ago.

Yes, in 2004. Totally forgot about that, just like pretty much anything by Javine. :P

Biography

Rock City, also known as R. City and Planet VI, is an American musical duo formed in 2003, from Saint Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The duo, composed of brothers Theron and Timothy Thomas, who use the stage names, A.I. and Uptown AP respectively, are also a songwriting and record production team. The Thomas brothers are perhaps best known for writing and producing hit singles for several prominent artists, including Sean Kingston ("Take You There"), Miley Cyrus ("We Can't Stop"), Nicki Minaj ("Only") and Rihanna ("Pour It Up"), among others.

The duo has also contributed to numerous Grammy-nominated albums including Rihanna's Unapologetic (which won Best Urban Contemporary Album), Jennifer Hudson's self-titled album (which won Best R&B Album), and Ariana Grande's My Everything (which was nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album).

Rock City also releases original music, having released several mixtapes since 2008. The group had previously been signed to Geffen Records and KonLive, where they released a series of mixtapes with the primary title, PTFAO (Put the F*ckin' Album Out)—a reference to the fact that their debut album Wake the Neighbors, had not been given a release date. In 2011, the duo was released from their contract with KonLive, and founded Rebelution Records, on which they intended to release their debut album. A new album, What Dreams Are Made Of, is due to be released in 2015, after being signed to Kemosabe Records and RCA Records by Dr. Luke. - Wikipedia

Discussion Thread Here

Locked Away is quite good, but nothing exceptional and I wouldn't be bothered if it suddenly dropped out of the top 40 next week.
I liked this at first but its quite dull now
