The mids today suggest they'll overtake Riton but Shawn will overtake them, and they'll remain at 11.

This is holding up extremely well with all things considered tbh. We were spoilt by it's immediate success, but I think it's had a great, steady rise and decline so far.

They really do struggle with streaming. Even Black Magic which was a huge 3-week number 1 only managed one week at #3 in the streaming chart before falling.

 

If it weren't for streaming, the sales top 10 run for SLS would have been 8-7-8-5-5-5-10....

shocked that Black Magic only got to number 3 on streaming! :o

 

It's a real shame that streaming affects them so badly, that singles run in the top 10 is pretty decent! It's a shame because they'd be looking at a number 1, top 5, and top 10 for this campaign's singles thus far if it weren't for streaming :(

Just watching this weeks Ant & Dec and getting really annoyed that Little Mix only did 1 song last week and that it was Black Magic.

 

Jess Glynne this week has been shown loads, sang at the beginning of the show and now again at the end.

That is a shame :( I mean I know SLS doesn't exactly tie into Ant & Dec's show aesthetic or whatever, but they could have let them perform Love Me Like You as well, or even just a mash up of Black Magic and Love Me Like You; or even something like Move or Salute idk. But hey ho, never mind, at least they're getting lots of opportunities to promo, even though I wasn't a massive fan of the A&D performance. TBH now I'm all about single 4, waiting for it to be announced, what they're gonna go with, and the promo they're gonna do for it. I think the SLS era is pretty much dead now with not many radio stations still playing it, and no promo left, just all about selling as much as it can, and getting to Gold as fast as it can.

This is hanging around quite nicely on iTunes to be honest. I wonder how many more weeks top 40 it'll manage? Maybe 4 more? Predicting it to sneak in that Gold on Friday.

And with the other version in the 70's it's selling quite well. Around 14/15 best seller I think.

I'm actually really impressed by its retention, especially since its radio support has been on the decline for weeks. I imagine it'll manage more top 40 weeks than LMLY, which is impressive given that it was post-album and didn't receive even a fraction of the promo LMLY did. So good to see them get 3 bonafide hits this era.

Not just promo, but also airplay. LMLY had soooo much more support. But this will have outsold LMLY by the end of next week.
