I'm torn between Bob and Kim as to who I see snatching it, as I have all season, but I think Bob is just edging it for me atm, and I still want her to win, so maybe wishful thinking :lol:

I feel like Naomi is the coaster this season, as much as I love her (as I have coasters of previous seasons), I just think she's gonna get on the verge of giving us something special but just fall short and be sent home. Hope I'm wrong.

I for one am glad Betty is gone, but I do agree I wanted her to go with a bang. She felt a lot more mellow this time, a couple of bitchy comments but she also took the elimination better than I expected :lol: As has been said I kind of wanted a whole explosion and a massive shock elimination whereas I was kind of expecting this, it was like "oh ok" in the end, really. A great Snatch Game all in all though, Bob, Derrick, Thorgy and especially Chi Chi were fab in the Snatch Game but the others fell flat. Naomi was the weakest though, Tiffany could have been such an amazing character if she'd pulled her off, but it was so so shit! I don't think objectively that she was better than Betty on the runway either but Betty is too unlikeable so I am glad she's gone, talented as she was.

 

As an aside, I found Bob much warmer and more likeable this week, although the showboating was somewhat irritating as his Uzo was fabulous anyway!

Me too, which I got confirmed by someone who knows some of the queens so it's 100%!

I loved Acid to begin with but as the episodes went on she became so unlikeable... just like Bob. Thorgy needed to win that snatch game how can she be TOP 3 three times and not win????? Bob is so overrated and full of himself. I think Robbie, Naomi and Derrick are going soon. Ideally I want Chi Chi, Thorgy and Kim to eb the final top 3 but I cannot see that happening :(

Yeah it was a bit rushed, like idk what else was filling the time because there wasn't really anything but the actual snatch game and the runway both felt rushed as did the elimination, like it felt quite muted!

Yeah it was a really weak Snatch Game episode :(.

 

I really liked last years as well ... this whole cast doesn't feel very vintage imo. I think only Kim Chi, Bob and maybe Thorgy will be remembered?

Agreed, in places last year actually felt like a chore to watch dare I say it! Whereas this is a hark back to season 6 (the first I watched live), I find myself really looking forward to watching and watching it more or less ASAP!

The fact that I'm watching Untucked again just goes to show the queens are more interesting.

 

But I do agree that wasn't the best Snatch Game.

Oh yeah, it is better than last year! I stopped watching last year I was that bored by it.

 

It's just a shame when you compare it to Season 6 and seasons before it. I think S6 was where it peaked unfortunately.

I don't think this season is as good as season 6, but tbf that cast was so immaculate, it would be hard for it to be. It's definitely up their with season 4 and 5 for me, even if it's probably the weakest snatch game so far, as much as i enjoyed it still, actually it's better than season 3's

Apparently both Chi Chi and two of the eliminated queens had also planned on doing a kimono look (idk if everyone was like 'oh everyone will want to do the cone bra' or something but 7/12 queens planning on the same look is ridiculous) which is why Chi Chi was saying she made her outfit on the day of the runway.

 

I'm not as turned off by Bob as everyone else seems to be, far better to be asked to turn it down because it's too much than turn it up because it's not enough (hai Laila!) and that in itself is a storyline. Thorgy is still probably my favourite/the most consistent performer for me but either one of the New York girls have to win for me
