I'm so ready for this. Going to be the first time I'm going to be watching it as it is on air.

I want to remind you all of spoilers but I have no idea when the appropriate time to NOT use them is. I'd probably just say, AVOID READING THIS PAGE IF YOU DON'T WANT SPOILERS AFTER THE EPISODE HAS AIRED because it's difficult to know when everyone is going to see it, to give a time when they are and aren't needed.

there is a big screening tomorrow night at one of my local bars so getting a group together to go watch the premiere

 

this is also the first time I am going to be watching as it unfolds (god knows why I didn't with season 7 as I was a fan long before then)

I feel like looking at the season 7 thread spoiler tags were used most of the way through.

Also I know personally, there is no way i'll check this tread until after I've watched the episode as to not see any spoilers, but there's that blackout thing people can do isn't there, to avoid people seeing spoilers? I'll probs just do that

Yeah definitely use spoiler tags for like, the first 24 hours after it at the very least, it's more difficult to put a set rule down for spoilers with this programme as it's not like we're all watching it live on UK TV, people are potentially torrenting throughout the week. But, yeah, it is best to spoiler just in case.

Generally I do use spoiler tags in case, that's sort of the courteous thing to do, though personally I just try not to read the thread until I've watched it either :lol: But some people may not think of that etc so yeah spoiler tags are best :P

Well Season 7 is currently being aired on Tru TV so I imagine season 8 will be shown after S7 is finished, probably after S8 is finished in the US, but IDK :wacko:

Yeah, we won't get Series 8 in the UK for a while yet. The only way we can watch it is through torrents presumably, some people have tried to stream it live while it's on in the US before but I have no idea how that works.

Here's a little secret for you all. When in doubt, visit the reddit for Drag Race. They're always the first ones to have links for the show.

I did that with the S7 finale, because I knew there'd be spoilers everywhere and S7 was the first one I watched in real time so I couldn't deal with the thought of it being spoiled :lol: a tumblr I follow gets links up really quickly, and put a live stream up for the finale. Might do so for tonight's episode, but IDK, either way they usually have a link up after a few hours.

I never dare go on Reddit because they're so thirsty to find out spoilers, I don't wanna know who has been leaked to go on Episode 4 this time! *cries* But that website is exactly what I intended to use.

Right?! I think this is going to be a fantastic season! That was a great first lip sync as well imo :cry:

Also really sad about Naysha leaving first, she was stunningly beautiful, and had a lot more to offer I feel. I know some queens have said she's actually really funny. But tbf Laila slayed the hell out of that lip sync! I didn't even think Naysha was that bad either, but Laila was everything!!

Naysha is no great loss but she was by no means bad, Robbie should have been in the bottom 2 at least
