When does the Christmas double issue of radio times come out?

Having been a big fan of the books as a child, I felt I had to correct the spelling of Professor Branestawm :P

We also know that ITV have the final Downton Abbey.

I'm looking forward to Dickensian and new Catherine Tate! It doesn't look too bad from the BBC, hopefully they have some good films planned as well.

Updated with Channel 5's always stellar Christmas schedule. Who wouldn't want to spend their Christmas evening watching Chas & Dave?
I haven't even started planning my Christmas viewing, but I'll not be subjecting my TV to the immense torture of having to show Mrs Brown's Boys at any time.

and Christmas TV viewing is well underway with The Sound of Music Live! and the Sports Personality of the Year airing last night as well as Christmas University Challenge and Bears Wild Weekend with Bear Grylls. Shows such as The John Bishop Christmas Show and BAFTA Celebrates Downton Abbey air tonight.
BBC Four is showing some classic children's programmes tonight - Blue Peter, Grange Hill, John Craven's Newsround and Play School from 7pm tonight. There's also a documentary at9pm on The Golden Age of Children's TV. Loved when CITV did this a few years back to celebrate a 30th anniversary.
Dickensian should make good background viewing while I try to write an essay on Bleak House. Other than that I don't think much of this tempts me other than Catherine Tate and Big Fat Quiz of The Year when that comes back.
Or the legendary World's Strongest Man competition.

Or Being On Benefits at Christmas - Desmond has a lot to answer for!
