I cant see this being a big hit, Pete Watermans last attempt at a hit was with Eurovision and that flopped big time. Nice she is working with SAW again though, there was a time she refused to even sing her SAW songs let alone work with them again.

That was over 20 years ago though

Obviously it won't be a hit, but it's a great remix, it's like stepping back in time (see what I did there?) to 1989 :)
I personally think you guys are underestimating this, it's huge that SAW are back together after splitting up 40 years ago or something (well, I guess less than that)
I can see this making the top 40, especially since she has huge amounts of promo coming up; Strictly, TFI, Royal Variety, Graham Norton.

Depends on what song she performs though, she has been dong different songs on different shows to promote the album as a whole. Although I guess it'll still

help the song too.

If it gets promoted and some airplay it might achieve some form of success. A cd single would help Kylie, she has a loyal fan-base who would buy a physical version and a download version.

this can't happend, i turn off the video after 1 min..

All i want for xmas is still the greatest xmas song ever, and this song may have a peak ( for this year) in top 10, not this bad song

AS IF it will dent the top-100 in iTunes, let alone a Christmas #1!

Well the James Corden collaboration went top 100 on iTunes and this seems to have more hype so I don't see why it wouldn't  Christmas #1 is obviously unrealistic though.

It's a good song, I'd like to see Kylie get another top 40 with it, fingers crossed!

It's obviously going to go #1 and the album will outsell Adele by the end of the year.
Top 40 for Kylie would be a good result, considering the low peaks of all her recent releases.

I love it :o

I hope it can get a top 40 position. But no contender for number 1 and I think they don't think either it can be

No it wasn't actually - Pete Waterman's last attempt at a hit got to #91 as recently as September 2007!

v. retro ~ never underestimate the power of nostalgia, but having said that streaming is likely to go through the roof over the chrimbo hols pushing sales orientated stuff even further down the rankings than normal~

Kylie refusing to sing SAW songs was over 20 years ago, which was my point, actually.

I love the remix. I hope they release a limited CD single cos I would certainly buy it. If it gets the right promotion, it could make the top40 but without promotion it won't do much sadly.

Up to 38 on UK ITunes..... but released on Wednsday it will have 1 day sales and no streaming so will not chart.

Needs to pick up cross over appeal to Xmas music fans for tomorrows new chart week....

Orginal album version just been B listed on Radio 2.

Will she perform this on TFI Friday tomorrow?

ITV did a story about this tonight. It's starting to drop on iTunes now though. Hope it can recover.
Only you is higher now! #40 it says on kworb
