I felt like this about Remedy at the beginning but I think listening to the whole album made Remedy grow on me massively especially with links to WUTB, MYA and SD.

I do agree, 'Remedy' has grown a lot on me since the album's release and is no doubt a very beautiful song, although it still ranks last place (which shows how great the album is) and I feel it's your typical Adele album track.

I presume in order for people to hear more of the album? "Hello"/"When We Were Young"/"Send Your Love (To Your New Lover)" are singles and "All I Ask" got some key promotional slots which boosted it very well. From what I remember as well, "Million Years Ago" got sung on a couple promo slots and was featured in a Target TV advert in the US (as well as "Water Under The Bridge"). I believe "Remedy" hadn't gotten that much exposure and it was one of the higher tracks on iTunes when the album came out (I believe it was higher than "Water Under The Bridge" on iTunes in the US - although not by much).

That is true, it does show another side to the album and Adele has been very good at dishing out the promo for a handful of her tracks, not just the singles (she even commented on the matter herself I think). It just didn't feel like the song I would use to introduce people to 25's upload to Spotify.

It's been one year since 25 was released :o I'm still loving this album and probably prefer it to 21 in some respects. I feel like as a whole I prefer it but 21 definitely has better highs and standouts.

One year on my album track ranking would be something like:

01. Hello

02. When We Were Young

03. Water Under the Bridge

04. I Miss You

05. River Lea

06. Send My Love (To Your New Lover)

07. Million Years Ago

08. All I Ask

09. Love In The Dark

10. Remedy

11. Sweetest Devotion

This is pretty much how I think of it too. Along with the Justin Bieber singles, this album most definies Christmastime 2015 for me. Been a while since I last listened but I always got a nostalgic, Christmassy feel whenever I did. I'll give the album another listen and rank it, but I don't think mine will be a million miles away from the list you posted actually! Certainly the bottom three look correct - I mean, all great songs, but the rest are just easily above them.

OMFG no way!!

I listened to the whole album today for the first time in ages, blasting it, without realising that!!

It is a MUCH better album than 21. Hello is the standout but all songs are great. Rememdy is like an early 2000s hit by All Saints or Rachel Stevens, with much better vocals of course; it just has that vibe!

I think after Water Under the Bridge, she should release Miss You for a huuge sultry turnaround in style and sound and then finish off with Million Reasons as that was popular on iTunes although I don't feel it.

01. Hello

02. Water Under the Bridge

03. Send My Love To Your New Lover

04. I Miss You

05. When We Were Young

06. Remedy

07. River Lerrr

08. Love In The Dark

09. Sweetest Devotion

10. Million Reasons

11. All I Ask

I do think this will be the last single - she's never released more than 4 singles before. But then this is her last with XL, so they might try and milk her for all she's worth. If she were to perform at the Grammys / Brits next year, I think it would be nice if I Miss You could have it's moment but I doubt it would get a full single push.

By Million Reasons, presumably he means Million Years Ago

Beyond that, I think we'll get her next album sooner rather than later. Her new record deal is huge and they'll be wanting something quick, not waiting until like 2019. I'd say early 2018 is a reasonable prediction.

19 > 25 > 21 for me, all are great albums but 19 came at just the right time for me and I stanned it so hard  25 has loads of high highs also, I'd much rather give it a full listen than 21, which is mainly great for the singles I'd say.

A year on still listening to:

01. Hello

02. Remedy

03. All I Ask

04. Water Under the Bridge

Haven't listened to for a while, but the rest probably looks like this:

05. Send My Love (To Your New Lover)

06. Love In The Dark

07. When We Were Young

08. Sweetest Devotion

09. I Miss You

10. River Lea

11. Million Years Ago

Got tickets for July 2nd show.

Was hoping she'd add that date as I was heading down south for 2 weeks on the first and didnt want to travel all day and go to concert on night as I'd probably go to sleep. so worked out good for me

Shame she couldn't have won an Oscar too for this album.

Unbelievable, so much better (in overall terms) than 21.

Water Under The Bridge, SYLTMNL should have been much bigger too!

Send My Love was a huge hit imo!

25 is a much stronger album than 21, both wonderful albums but 25 just resonates better with me.

Agree with that. For me 25>21>19

19 i only purchased as i liked 21 so much but 19 is an album i don't listen to. It is by far her weakest album although many will disagree.
