Bieber's current manager, Scooter Braun, first discovered him through his YouTube videos in 2007. Braun, as noted, was impressed with the videos resulting in contacting Bieber's mother, Patricia Mallette, about wanting to work with his musical abilities. Moreover, him having convinced his mother, Braun arranged for Bieber to meet with singer-songwriter, Usher, in Atlanta, Georgia. As a result, Bieber was signed to RBMG, a record label based in Atlanta, then to Island Records -- part of Def Jam Records -- with a recording contract offered by a prominent record executive, L.A. Reid. He released his debut EP, My World, in November 2009. It has been certified platinum in the United States. He became the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record to chart on the Billboard Hot 100. Bieber released his first full-length studio album, My World 2.0, in March 2010. It debuted at or near number one in several countries and was certified platinum in the United States. It was preceded by the single, "Baby", which is also, as of July 2014, the YouTube video with the most dislikes, and the most views on a Vevo platform. He followed up the release of his debut album with his first headlining tour, the My World Tour, the remix album titled, My Worlds Acoustic, and Never Say Never – The Remixes, and the 3D biopic-concert film Justin Bieber: Never Say Never. Bieber released his second studio album, Under the Mistletoe, in November 2011 when it debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. Bieber released his third studio album, Believe, in June 2012. He has received numerous industry awards, including both Artist of the Year Awards at the 2010 American Music Awards, and the 2012 American Music Awards. He has been nominated for Best New Artist and Best Pop Vocal Album at the 53rd Grammy Awards. With his growing national and international fan base, they have been dubbed "beliebers" who largely consist of early to mid-adolescent women. He has millions of "followers" on Twitter and other social media accounts. He has been listed three times by Forbes magazine as one of the top ten most powerful celebrities in the world in 2011, 2012, and 2013. - Wikipedia Chart history - Top 100 (Year peak title): 2010 11 One Time -1- 2010 71 Love Me -PS- 2010 62 One Less Lonely Girl -2- 2010 76 Favorite Girl -PS- 2010 03 Baby (Justin Bieber Feat. In the latter half of the 2000s, he joined grime collectives Combination Chain Gang and the Movement, and put out solo efforts as mixtapes. With 2007’s Teacher’s Training Day and 2008’s Wretchrospective, Wretch 32 started showing mainstream potential, cleverly pairing hip-hop and grime in his songs. Ministry of Sound signed him by the decade's end, and Wretch's first major-label single, "Traktor," was released in January 2011, debuting at number five on the U.K. singles chart. His second studio album, Black and White, followed in mid-2011 preceded by two singles, the Stone Roses-sampling "Unorthodox" and the U.K. number one single "Don't Go." 2012 saw Wretch fronting a campaign for Adidas for the 2012 London Olympics while also heading out on tour with Example, the mixtape Wretchercise also appeared at the end of the year and featured guest spots from the likes of Kano, Krept, and Chip. While working on his third studio album, Wretch premiered two singles in 2013 -- "Blackout" and "Doing OK" -- and revealed he had been working with producer Knox Brown. After a year out of the spotlight, he returned in November 2014 with the single "6 Words," which reached number eight in the U.K. charts. Wretch also appeared in 2015 on the U.K. Top 5 single "IN2" by WSTRN, while continuing to work on his third album, Growing Over Life, which was slated for a 2016 release. - iTunes Chart history - Top 100 (Year peak title): Wretch 32 2011 05 Traktor (Wretch 32 Feat. December 11, 201510 yr Oh my LOLness, such a floppage! With 13k, they'd have got #1 on some parts of the year with those sales Edited December 11, 201510 yr by Hadji

December 11, 201510 yr Rihanna got a number 1 with 9,000 one year Fleur should've got higher to any other week!! It works both ways though, she has had saturation coverage for weeks now because of XF and wouldn't have that at any other time of year to help her. She probably would have sold less if released another time of year.
