December 13, 20159 yr Author 30 Days is their most underrated single and was #2 in the midweeks. It was also just shy of #1 in Scotland (by 7 sales or something stupid). I never realized just how little promotion they did for it. It deserved so much better and might've actually been a big hit for them had they promoted more. I also remember the EP being #1 on iTunes for quite some time. EDIT: Also their best music video obvi. Edited December 13, 20159 yr by (Zach)
December 13, 20159 yr I loved it when it came out, but got tired of it very quickly. Though it has aged well for me, I listened to it a lot when they released FS, because I had forgotten how good it is
December 14, 20159 yr It's always one of those songs that I forget just how much I love it, until I listen to it. It's fantastic! <3
December 15, 20159 yr I actually do love it, I think it's great, but it's so basic and uninspired. It's like too much of a classic pop song, but in a bad way instead of good?
December 15, 20159 yr Author Buzzjack Reception THAT WAS SOOOOOOO GOOD  LOVE. It's like Faster crossed with All Fired Up, absolutely amazing  Already my #1 sats song!! I love it!!! Really like it, but again, worried about how this will fare. Snap.. it's good, it's not as pop as I was expecting it to be, it's more dancey/club ready. This is the first Sats single where I've not instantly liked/loved it. :( I thought it'd be a Up/Higher/Ego type full on pop track the way they described it. Probably a grower but I can't see this converting non fans or those who are indifferent to them, and neither can I see it help at all in selling the re-release ... Reaction mostly seems to be positive on the likes of Twitter etc, but a few people are saying they're indifferent to it, sounds like an OYR leftover, lacks oomph and pales, not as good as Notorious/All Fired Up etc etc. It sounds a bit dull.. I'd go some way to agreeing with them tbh, I feel a bit indifferent to it, it feels a bit too short too. It feels like a step back compared to All Fired Up production wise, but if it does well for them then I'm all for it. Hopefully I'll love it after some more listens but I'm horribly nervous as to how this will do - not just in the first week, but the weeks after too. Should hopefully put them back in the top 10 (won't be going anywhere near #1 with the other competition) but it's sales that they need too.. I hope they've not picked the wrong 'lead' single again and there's better tracks they've done for the re-release. In some parts it sounds like a mix of Faster and White Lies, and also Alexis Jordan-y at some points too. They have to promote this like there's no tomorrow, no sitting around off on holidays. Here, there and everywhere on anything they can get if they want this to be the hit they need. BGT would be good but I doubt they'll even be considered for a slot there. :P I hope radio take to this and plug it like crazy too.. Love it. very Dance like Notorious and All Fired Up. Hope it does well! They need a big hit. Hopefully it will grow on me, would much rather have seen White Lies or Get Ready Get Set become a single. This will be bigger than 'All Fired Up' I reckon. It's 'All Fired Up' and 'Faster''s love child! It's fantastic. I think they have found their "sound". Dance suits them. They should focus more on this sort of sound. (As well as all out fun-pop like 'Ego', 'White Lies' and 'Higher'). I get the feeling this will be the hit that they need. I l-l-love this track. :P Seriously, I think it's amazing. It's all seeming to make up for the artwork so far - looking forward to the Sats only version of TWYWM. It's alright I guess but it's nowhere near their best :( I'm not impressed, the production sounds kinda cheap and the chorus isn't really big enough imo.
December 15, 20159 yr Author I love it  Although it should really be released in 30 Days, would've been brilliant marketing! First listen I thought it sounded a bit like a demo that got rejected. But to be honest, now I've listened to it a few times, I genuinely really like it! :D Just Pre-Ordered it. Although I do agree with the highest comment on the video, Faster should have been a single. I'm disappointed. I was expected a new Higher. I agree with the comparisons to a mix between All Fired Up and Faster. It will probably grow on me by tomorrow as All Fired Up did. Dissapointed! I've loved every other single release from them but I feel this one falls a bit flat. I think the production just needs some more "oomph". However, I'm sure it will grow eventually and i'll like it a bit more  I was a bit disappointed at first, only because I was expecting an amazing pop song after the Popjustice review. But after more listens, it's really good. :D I love this  Two amazing summer tunes premiering in the same day, its blissful <3 Upon first listen; I don't really like it although it does become quite catchy fairly quickly. I was hoping they'd revert back to their original style of great pop tunes rather than this sort of dance crap. Nevertheless I've pre-ordered it. Hopefully it will grow on me but I do think it'll perform similar to Notorious in terms of sales and charting positions, although Notorious was an instant hit with me. Dear God, hope they can prove me wrong. I love this, actually! First play.. I wasn't really sold. But I was reading the lyrics as I was going and that's never a wise thing to do.. Second play just listening to it, it's fabulous. It's stuck in my head already. Only criticism is that they've done a Girls Aloud and sang one after the other and it's hard to tell Vanessa & Rochelle apart at the best of times  After 5 listens, I like it a lot. And I cried when I first heard All Fired Up I thought it was so bad, so surely this is a good sign? Was expecting something a bit more pop, but still nice I suppose. But I really don't know how this is going to fare... Looks like I'm one of a very select few who LOVED it on first listen :o The production is wonderful, I don't agree with it sounding cheap as others have said, it's subtle electro-pop with a hint of Ibiza, very early 00s without sounding dated.

September 6, 20168 yr I don't listen to '30 Days' that much but when I do I always remember how it's a POP GEM. It really deserved better didn't it? It's such a good pop song and it's hated on far too easily.
September 6, 20168 yr 30 Days is goooood but not one of their best, everything about it screams On Your Radar leftover to me oops. The video is their best though, love it!
September 6, 20168 yr I didn't really like it at the time, I guess I was a little mad at them for abandoning 'On Your Radar' so quickly when there was much stronger songs on there, but over time I grew to love it and it's a great addition to their discography.
