I was wondering the other day if this was coming back for a third series after the ratings success for the first two as despite it being renewed earlier in the year, there was nothing in the media about it. However the series has now been confirmed and the first two celebrities taking part are Brian McFadden and Sarah Harding!

Very excited for Sarah, looking forward to seeing who else they have planned - they got a pretty fantastic line-up last year despite the amount of injuries that happened particularly in the first series.

Also, this series is apparently seeing all the celebrities live in a house together so will maybe be a bit like a winter sports version of Fame Academy in that respect!

Will be interested to see how that format plays out when on at the same time as Celebrity Big Brother's new series.

Always mean to watch this, might push me to do so when it has a bit more of a BB format, I feel more involved with shows like this if you see what's going on behind the scenes etc.

Living together and being filmed? That's what they did on a few series of The Games, which this still basically is. Allbeit with winter sports rather than summer sports.
