Basically it just means when the album is released, the album will already be added to your library. It's like the streaming version of pre-ordering.

Pre-order isn't doing too badly at all! She's 38 on Amazon, and the 10th pre-order on iTunes. She was really high on both after the SNT promo so I'd say she's built up some decent numbers, and her album release week promo will make sure she's sorted throughout the week. I think she should do about 20 - 35k in opening week.
