Kicking off the top 30 is the (fourth?) collaberation with Labrinth and second to last single with Tinie as the lead artist after Trampoline. It does, admittedly, sound like a very good album track, but it still did fairly well in the chart, peaking at #16 and spending a few weeks in the top 40. Their other collab singles are better but this is still a great track from both artists :music: very catchy production and good rapping also :rap:

Trampoline is SUCH a tune! Heard it out in Kavos loads that year and is probably a song more suited to the clubs than the radio - so a #3 peak is excellent for what it is.

 

Lover Not A Fighter is underrated, just for the production and Labrinth's chorus.

Another Demonstration single now. I think this was the second after Trampoline IIRC. This restored my faith in Tinie after the huge comedown single by sounding very much like a Written In The Stars part 2, although it is still far from that standard. Tinie must've recognised the huge Swedish House Mafia final single hit Don't You Worry Child which also featured John Martin's vocals. In this track, it's mostly just the chorus vocals from John and child vocal sampling that do anything for me. Tinie's verse rapping have never really sounded that good for me which is a shame but the choruses definitely make up for it :music: This also peaked at #6 in the UK.

This is quite a funny and interesting wild west style album track from Demonstration. I like the sample used in the chorus and it takes advantage in the rate by only having 5 rates.

Children Of The Sun :heart: incredible, first thing featuring John Martin that I actually liked too! (He would go on to then release the equally amazing Anywhere For You).

 

Lover Not A Fighter is a decent tune too, a lesser Earthquake/Pass Out/Frisky but even then still a top track.

 

Not standing for this Trampoline hate -_-

It's one of the weaker AT's from Demonstration for me next. I'm not really the biggest Paloma Faith fan, and the song itself seems quite boring and drags a bit for me. I do admire the fact that Tinie "sings" quite a bit in this one though :D

A promotional single from Tinie once again from Demonstration. The rap sounds a lot like in Children of the Sun, which I've already said I wasn't that struck on. Sampling from the guy at the start and the female vocal sampling also sounds quite good though.

This is probably my favourite album track (it's between this and Love Suicide for me) and it's a shame it's finishing so low here :nocheer: I gave it a 9 and all else it had was 2 6's, a 7 and a 3 from Lee. Again here the female vocals in the chorus blend with the Tinie raps really well here, along with the amazing production :wub: maybe people who rated this weren't big on the "wayo-wayo-way" parts from Bei, which is fair enough. But aside, it's a big standout on the album.

One of the two collabs with Ellie now. It entered the UK Singles chart at #144 but did not reach the top 100. I wasn't really a fan of this a few years ago, until I discovered the MONSTAS remix which was included in the Divergent soundtrack which if it was the version in this rate I would have given it something like a 9. I like the dubstep influence in this and the remix has definitely made me appreciate the original more. As for the Tinie verse which is why it's included here, it's not too bad but nothing amazing. The song would be just as good without him tbh.

It gives me Trampoline teas which you know I don't like with its repetition and unexciting production, but it's not as bad. It's not a track I would want to listen to a lot really. I think I should've given this single from Disc-Overy an 8.5 come to think of it. This collab with two rappers, Tinie and Wiz Khalifa is a great example of an RnB track :music: rapping represented really well here, especially Tinie's last verse :D It peaked at #24 in the charts, but it should've been at least top 15 :angry:

Single from Disc-Overy featuring Kelly Rowland. I used to love this back on the day but I think it's aged a little for me. Kelly's vocals are really good in this and their voices work well. I think listening to this so much over the years has lessened my love for it and it's a little repetitive, but yeah, it's still a great single :D

This album track managed to chart towards the lower end of the top 200 upon the release of Demonstration at #180. Another of the many collabs with Lab, the rap is great and gives me Disc-Overy feels. I'm just not too sure on the chorus' lyrics :lol: of course the two friends have made better songs but it's probably my favourite AT from this album :D
