Well, I'm surprised Kygo's Stay is top 5. It's catchy but not nearly as good as Firestone imo.

I much prefer Jonas Blue version of Fast Car. I think Jonas Blue will be number one on iTunes today. :w00t:

Really liking Kygo's 'Stay' - to me he is proof that you can still have variation whilst keeping your own style in tact (take note Avicii!). Hope he'll be releasing an album at some point because I'd be interested to see what else he has up his sleeve.

 

For a remake, the Jonas Blue cover of 'Fast Car' is actually quite good! As is the other cover by Tobtok. Okay, they may not capture the meaning and emotion Tracy's original does, but it still has that ability to make you want to sing along and I think it'll be a real moment to hear it in the club.

 

I see Elle King making an appearance in your album chart! I too will be having a listen because I'm obsessed with 'Ex's & Oh's' again! :wub:

Liam - I agree! I don't think Kygo's come close to Firestone although this is the closest. I love his distinct style and it seems anthemic yet chilled at the same time, which is an interesting mix. I'd actually be very interested in a Kygo album! You're right about Fast Car too, both are very lovely covers and seem to be paying homage to the original rather than ripping it off for a cheap hit. Elle's album was a late addition as I almost forgot to chart it! :lol: I very much like it though.
