yes but PILLOWTALK looks as though it could be number one for a while

I'm pretty sure Zayn will only spend a single week at #1, with him being the fanbase act he is and based on the actual song he's not exactly going to do a Justin Bieber with it.

there's still hope for Jonas Blue/Lukas Graham to make #1 later on!

I don't think Lukas Graham will get there for a few weeks yet. Once it gets more airplay, it'll shoot up further. Jonas Blue will likely take it in 2 weeks' time, once Zayn's had a week, and then keep it for like 2-3 weeks maybe.
I don't see why people are opposed to Zayn doing well, it's a much better track than the majority of the charts right now. Good to see some decent R&B do well for a change!

19th - 26th is Little Mix - Secret Love Song's impact week. And they're doing Graham Norton, and will probably do various other promo slots as they always do ( as well as perfoming at the Brits that week - not sure what they're singing there specifically though) . Wishful thinking, but #1 please.

By the impact week SLS may be played out, better doing promo like GN earlier in the campaign (just as the proper AirPlay kicks) for the best effect IMO.

Oh they are actually - they're on on the 12th

This. the first GREAT track of 2016.

I woulda had it this week for me!

Really hope that Laura Mvula shoots up the chart after that Graham Norton performance. So mesmerizing.

It's a fantastic track, radio 1 should really support it. Does it feature Nile Rodgers?

It's not QUITE R&B (I can't see the urban stations playing it for example), but I'm not against it having success.

If it leads to the likes of Bryson Tiller, Tory Lanez, Kehlani etc. charting then even better!

So long as that butchering of 'Fast Car' doesn't get there and that horrible Rihanna abortion, I'm all good. Lukas Graham I think is clearly this year's Passenger/Hozier, aka dreary guitar pop sludge that hangs around for months but just gets top 3.
That Zayn song is absolutely awful, can he fall please?

hopefully after the fambase effect he'll drop off a bit *crosses fingers*

 2 Fast Car 0.5510

 3 Work 0.5504

Though Rihanna is still ahead with the multiple versions

7 Years is horrendously dull, I liked Let Her Go and loved Take Me To Church but this has nothing going for it really. I guess it might grower a few weeks into its run but I'll end up hating it again before long.
