I'm surprised that the Zeitgeist Edition hasn't had that much of an effect on the album this week. Obviously Paloma isn't big on streaming at all but I would've thought she could have pushed enough physicals to at least return to the lower top 10, as Dua Lipa did with her re-release.

I'm really loving "Loyal" right now and the other three new tracks are excellent too  It is a big of a drag to listen to the entire 25 track album though, I've only just gotten around to listening to it in its entirety after exclusively playing the new tracks earlier this week.

She has a performance on Michael McIntyre on 8th December so I imagine the album will get its next boost then.

I’m not totally surprised it hasn’t done great. Loyal although a great song hasn’t made any impact on the charts. I also think people are getting fed up of record companies milking it by reissuing albums with a few extra tracks. I doubt the Architect will reach double platinum status like her first three albums but might achieve 400k.

Tbf the re-release for A Perfect Contradiction didn't re-enter the Top 10 when it was released either. It did only just miss out (#11) but had the advantage of still being Top 40 previously. This re-release has had to rise from nowhere, plus it feels a lot more low-key than the last.

Ordered the Zeitgeist edition just before Christmas!

Liking the new tracks though and although it’s a long album to listen to in full (25 tracks!). It is a strong album.

Also a bit late saying this but LOYAL is amazing really stunned at the video as well, she’s always been a strong visual artist but that video was just incredible shades of Pinks Try In places. I liked the song when I heard but watching it with the music video really brought it too life and made me full on adore it. She’s in another league with music videos compared to other British females and is so underrated at times when other British females with far less talent and personality seem to be everywhere. However Paloma is an albums artist and a strong one at that so she probably won’t have a huge solo hit again sadly. Streaming really need to promote her or her label get some Payola!

On another note Your Ex for re release single 2 please :P

Also since the re release the albums stayed pretty consistent and hasn’t left the top 40 so it seems to have done its job.

'Your Ex' has been sent out to UK radio as the next single.

I've just heard it for the first time (haven't got the re-issue yet) and it's so good!

She's one of these rare artists that has never dropped in quality, right from debut until now, and this is super catchy.
