(easily the worst though). :P Oops yes I did mean Autotune Baby ofc :lol: 'Spanish Lesson' and 'B-Day Song' are probably my two most hated Madonna songs so I guess I just naturally thought they were both top 2 here. 'Autotune Baby' is horrendous though and a very worthy one to be in running too :puke:

The second worst song recorded by Madonna for Buzzjack is B-Day Song. Gosh where to start with this monstrosity. First up, the song is the second of two features for indie songstress, MIA. In the first she dons a cheerleader outfit and swans around giving love with M, then here she screeches and cries out happy birthday in a nauseaitingly cheesy, whiny, pop stinker. There is absolutely no reason for this song to exist. It offers nothing and even if it is a bit of fun, it's totally wasted and overshadowed by ACTUAL fun moments on the album (which are plenty). The song suits neither artist well and the awkwardness shines through the song making it a wholly uncomfortable listen for all. I am not sure what possessed Madonna to record the song, let alone include it on the album or for MIA to agree to sign up to it and taint her own musical discography. Autotune Baby :mellow: I questioned what on earth she was thinking making the previous song, but this one takes that question to a whole new level. Just why? The song opens with the crying of a baby, filtered through an auto-tuner and from this horrendous sound comes the equally as grotesque lyrics sung by what can only be described as an off-the-rocker mother trying to silence her baby. The lyrics, if we actually pick them apart are ghastly - she sings of wanting to be wrapped up like a baby, she is the baby on her knees begging, she is crying in bed alone wanting to be put into her place. It is wrong on so many levels and borders on totally obscene and inappropriate with absolutely ZERO reflection on what the song could come across like. Horrendous. I actually feel awful that it is quite catchy and I can't help sing-a-long to it when i'm listening :') Was she trying to make auto-tune into some sort of high level art? Why is she likening herself to a baby begging? "You be the daddy i'll be the baby"??? Why include the actual auto-tuned baby WE GET THE IDEA FROM THE LYRICS. WHY??? ~ :mansoncheer:

February 17, 20169 yr I can't really argue with that winner, I just tried to listen to it again and got halfway through before I HAD to turn it off. It was like being covered in sulphuric acid, I couldn't take it any more. Any Madonna list of "worst songs" without 'Incredible' featuring really doesn't feel right though, being by far and away the most horrendous thing in her discography. Butttt, good job Bal!
February 17, 20169 yr LAMFOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! :lol: :lol: I laughed more than anything, listening to Autotune Baby. The others in the list that I haven't commented on were either dull or lyrically cringeworthy. Girl Gone Wild on the whole was the only loss.
