Ohhh so David Bowie is making it <3
Don't really expect to see Adele on this.

I thought this as well, but since we haven't had a Spin-off, maybe they've spent a lot of money on getting ADELE. But who knows.

Great that Bowie will appear going by that description, the first tribute appearance since Dusty isn't it...wonder why Whitney and MJ never made it? Record label issues?)
Hmm. Can think of 15 dead certs for the album and about 20 more probables, but there might be some strange additions on there.

For Whitney, I don't think, despite the timing of her death that week (#kobbar) she made that much impact.

As for MJ, the Now 73 track list was done by the time he died and there was plenty of hits ready by the time Now 74 came along.

As for the Dusty inclusion, if you look at some of the other inclusions on Now 42 (Deetah, Fool Boona, Ladysmith Black Mambazo) they really were scraping to hit 40 tracks they had the rights to. Whereas Now 93 they'll be scraping to fill both discs because of chart staleness. Plus Bowie has had a massive album. I wonder if it will be an old classic or a song off the new album?

Would love to see Lazarus on there, I imagine it's between that and Heroes.

I was gonna say John Lennon on NOW 45, but he didn't die that year

It'll probably be Heroes as it did go quite high in the charts. Plus even though he didn't appear often, David Bowie is classed as NOW Legend (according to the NOW Book, anywho).

Pretty sure they are running out of ideas to put on the covers tbh.

Which is surely understandable 93 editions in? I think it's great as well.

They were kind of scraping for the last two spring editions to be fair. There aren't as many songs that are hits these days I think.

20. All Saints - One Strike

Seriously??

Also there's no way Riton, Dawin or X Ambassadors are big enough hits to be included.

Riton isn't out yet

"Rinse & Repeat" is out 26th February which is a week before we get the tracklist and it looks like it will be a big hit. As for Dawin and X Ambassadors, they might get included as there's not been many top 40 hits lately. My main concern is Adele and Rihanna missing out

I was referring to Mango saying it wasnt a huge hit...But its not out yet

Riton will be on there.

Shift K3Y - Gone Missing (feat. BB Diamond) could be the Florence/Wretch 32 of this album :D (The song nobody's heard of)

My prediction:

CD 2

8. Justin Bieber - I'll Show You (3:20)

17. Justin Bieber - Company (3:27)

20. Sigala feat. Imani & DJ Fresh - Say You Do (3:22)

Those three definitely have no chance. "I'll Show You" isn't an official single. "Company" has just been announced as the fourth single from his album and Sigala's new song is released at the same time as NOW 93 which means they'll definitely be on NOW 94

I would love if Disc 1 Track 1 was Love Yourself and Disc 1 Track 2 was Sorry! Should be done as a fun reference to the infamous Bieber domination :P
