After last months veto-farce we had a bit of a soul search and came up with a couple of new processes. That was not the end of it, always striving to do better we think that we have found a process that will not only speed up the process but speed up communication with the host and make some things easier for the host as well.

 

One option for us is to use the impressive suite of Cloud systems offered by Google, in particular Sheets and Forms. While we tie up a few loose ends we'd like to confirm that everyone has a google account, and if you don't could you please acquire one!

If you have any questions please holler! I hope in the next couple of days we will be ready to show a test form to you so everyone can have a go and see how it works before we bring it in.

Do they need to be specific to the contest or is it a case of "if you've already got a personal gmail just use that"?

Any Google Account should be fine! I didn't even realise I had one until I found out that my YouTube account doubles up as a Google account, and that works fine to do what we want to do. :D
