Making notes so I don't forget. :lol: Pretty good contest actually. :D I guess, I just have a lot of new stuff to listen through, I've been away a fair bit (including 12th - 19th Feb) + this month has been so busy for me, 2 weeks isn't that much compared to the submission stage tbf. Sorry it wasn't aimed at you on particular. It was aimed at everyone that entered and then forgot about it :lol:
February 29, 20169 yr Haha, no worries yeah I get that, I was just feeling slightly guilty about it despite all those reasons, wanted to get to know them all better. I will get a vote in on time though, I've only got 2 songs to go before I've heard them all and I've been keeping a note of highlights and I'll re listen to them.

March 1, 20169 yr Unicorn *_____* I cannot decide if that's utterly amazing or woeful, but...it grabbed my attention? I cannot think who would send something like that... Not the strongest edition, quite a lot of songs blended into each other (as is the case quite a lot), but a few gems here. Will send my votes tomorrow, hopefully before the deadline. March 1, 20169 yr I'm not being funny here but Yall have already had two weeks to vote. That is most definitely plenty of time and if you haven't voted with all that time to do so then tough tittieS. a 62 song edition bjsc has just ended, not all of us have time to listen to 80+ songs in a week (and that is just one listen when you obviously need more). as moderator of this forum i want dates of UP to fall around a deadline which doesn't clash with bjsc and allows proper time to listen. if martin is fine with it an extension will go ahead as it benefits UP as opposed to taking away from it, also based on those current voting numbers also...
March 1, 20169 yr To be honest I've hardly been online the past fortnight as I had family commitments due to ill health, I also address this in one of the BJSC threads on Saturday, that I won't be able to view the final. Some mods are aware of my situation. I can't really vote on just one listen, that defeats the object, I'm prepared to suffer a deduction whatever the mods decide, family come first over an online competition game. I even PMed Mark over this thru PM.
March 1, 20169 yr Partly true, but BJSC started only a few days after these entries were revealed, which means BJSC was prio 1 for nearly 2 weeks (as there are no extensions there). I did listen to all the UP entries the same day the post came out, but it was quite a while ago... so the 'two weeks' is actually 3-4 days with a huge gap.

March 1, 20169 yr Honestly, an extension would be brilliant for me too and usually I'm good at voting on time in these kind of things but this past fortnight has been hectic af for me, I wasn't even able to access my laptop for a week, so it's not that I'm being lazy and putting off voting, I just haven't had the time, my BJSC semi and final votes were both last minute which I hated so just having the weekend to sort it out and listen to the songs properly would be fab, rather than me rushing my votes an hour before the deadline :lol: :unsure: *edit* I've now voted, didn't take as long as I thought to order them :angel: Edited March 1, 20169 yr by ℒ𝓲𝓷𝓭𝓼𝒆𝔂
March 2, 20169 yr Eep, hoping there's an extension and will vote tomorrow I've listened to them twice but that was ages ago. I actually heard one playing in ASDA today much to my surprise, not that unknown after all.

March 7, 20169 yr I'm in the process of voting now, hopefully should just about squeeze it in before 8 ~ One of these songs is possibly my 2nd least favourite thing in any of the contests I've entered. (Nothing will ever be as horrible as 'Love You In Chains', but this is close).
