February 15, 20169 yr I've never really understood what "net worth" exactly is apart from the fact it is completely not how much money said artist actually owns but, regardless, 1 billion dollars is one impressive feat! Just shows how much of a big deal Madonna was, is and always will be really and how chart success is only a small percentage of the takings. I always thought Gloria Estefan was the woman who sang 'I Will Survive' tbh. Now that I know otherwise, I can't say I really know what she does either! :lol:

February 16, 20169 yr Author Yeah that is odd as a quick google search states that Jay Z is worth $650 million :o with Beyoncé a little under that with ~$400 million so not sure why she isn't here :unsure: Although that mentions "net worth" which is apparently "the total assets minus total outside liabilities of an individual or a company" so maybe whatever this measures puts Beyoncé at a lower value. I'm sure she's not complaining however much she is worth though :P
