Other than Dobbo, who quite obviously is just being a troll, everyone got this question right. I didn't know who Finn Jones was but reading up on it made me laugh. People getting annoyed because a white superhero is being played by a white actor :lol: Having Iron Fist being Asian would kinda ruin his whole backstory. Paul Rudd, Michael Keaton and Tobey Maguire all fall under the whole "funny actor who doesn't seme to have the dramatic chops or body" banner but they all did well in their roles. Ben as Batman seemed very odd but he seems to be proving critics wrong. Casting the Human Torch as a black man was one of many things wrong with the rebooted F4, a series that had enough good stories that it didn't need much editing to be popular.

Thank goodness I could recover from getting the last question wrong, wasn't sure about my reasoning for "controversial" for that one (and yay only 1 point!)

Superman was certainly not panned by critics, Superman IV certainly was though.

Joe skating on THIN ice by naming one of my favourite superhero movies ever tbh. But alas, he was right. I dunno which version of F4 lotti and Jahq meant but all version of the film were pretty brutally recieved so it's not too important. Superhero Movie is a spoof and not a true superhero movie, so soz Jonjo. I might be in a major minority but I enjoyed Catwoman and Halle Berry's take on it.

There have been a fair few animated movies based off of the original line-up of the Justice League and most have been mentioned here. A few solo movies, namely ones with Wonder Woman and Batman crop up. A lot of these movies are based off the New 52 era od DC comics and really are worth a watch, I believe a few are on Amazon prime.

This was a very dark movie, the death count was damn high, poor X-men. Blink's death clearly stood out to you all as she leads the pack. Sunspot getting impaled and losing limbs also picks up points as does poor Colossus getting blown up and torn apart. Due to the new version released, Iceman, the poor bugger dies more times than the other members of the X-men, but it also means he gets more screentime.

i'm pleased I managed to get that one! :o There were so many deaths and I wasn't sure if Sunspot was an X-man or not :')

YES that was another one I was afraid of getting incorrect, or high scoring (specifically the phrase "future x men", there were things on the wiki pages that confused me as only a casual fan of the series :kink: )

Appologies to Jonjo, while The Defenders is a spin off, it's not aired yet (or even been filmed?) and there seems to be zero info other than that it'll have Daredevil, Luke Cage, Iron Fist and Jessica Jones in it. Nobody ended up even going for Daredevil despite it being the best of the lot of them, Charlie Cox >>> Ben Affleck in terms of DD. Agents of SHIELD and Peggy Carter lead the points for correct answers with new DC show Supergirl not far behind. Dan's answer was pretty clever IMO, going for a cartoon based off the movies, I haven't heard of it but it looks cool.
