They're probably going to send it to radio towards the end of the tour, premiering the video around then, too.( no long delays this time please).

 

If be happy with OMG, Hair, ADIDAS or Weird People... with the latter probably being the wisest choice. I think Lightning is great but wouldn't work as a single as it'd alienate some audiences.

Has to be Weird People really, it would make the most sense. Maybe OMG or A.D.I.D.A.S., Love Me Or Leave Me is my favourite song left but we don't need another big ballad as it'd just be seen as another SLS but inferior I think.

 

Just please not Lightning, by far the most overrated track on the album.

Exactly the four I'd like too :P the difference being OMG my favourite.

Unless they are doing something for a tour DVD, no? Probably is a music video though.

Hoping for 'Weird People'!

Weird people would be the best choice

I imagine it'll be Weird People just because it is the smartest choice, it would round off this campaign soundly. Still routing for ADIDAS personally

I'm still all for 'Grown'. The live version sounds immense, so a single remix with punchier production would be amazing. I'd be fine with 'Weird People' and 'OMG' too, although I think the latter might be too much of a deviation in sound from their other singles this era.

 

I love 'A.D.I.D.A.S' but it just wouldn't work as a single imo, nor would the ballads following SLS. I'd rather not have 'Hair' or 'Lightning', neither seem memorable enough.

Could be ADIDAS aswell, but for some reason I have a feeling it will be OMG.

I feel like OMG could possibly make more impact as a single, but Weird People would sell the album a bit more. I can't see R2 or Heart touching OMG, where as they might with Weird People.

 

Whatever it is, I think we all need to be prepared for it possibly being their lowest peaking single (though it'll probably still out-sell some of their lower selling singles).

I hope to God it's not 'OMG', it's like one of the shit tracks from either of Girls Aloud's first two albums.

 

'Weird People' HAS to be the next single, but failing that it's out of 'Lightning' (which I love but agree it's a bit too unconventional for a girl group single to do well) or 'Grown'. Surely it's most likely to either be the former or latter given they both charted as instant grats?

I'm thinking it could be Hair from the pic. It's giving me girly, sleepover vibes, which after seeing the little video they did for Hair to go with the album release, is what I imagine they might go for for that video. Who knows though, hopefully they'll announce soon!

I wouldn't mind Hair! It already peaked top 40 so they have a one up there.

Me neither! Like you say it's already charted top 40, and it's one of my favourites off the album, it definitely stands out, and is a bit different sound wise to the other singles which I would personally like in single 4.

TBH if it isn't going to be ADIDAS, Hair would be my next pick. Just think it would be a tad more memorable, and less likely to get lost among their other singles, than Weird People. And for the life of me I still cannot get into Grown, so please not that ladies! OMG isn't one of my favourites, but it's the type of song I wouldn't mind being a single, because I think with a video I might fall in love with it.

 

My personal preference order would be:

1. ADIDAS

2. Hair

3. Weird People

4. OMG

5. Grown

(Leaving out the rest because they're either ballads which have no chance after SLS, definite album tracks, or in Lightning's case I just don't see them choosing it)
