It's weird how a song simply being announced to be a single can get you hooked on it again, it was announced like 24 hours ago and I'm already obsessed with this :wub:

I suppose I just don't want them to rush out an entire album unless it's 100%, I want them to spend longer working on the material, so that it's better, but still want something new to keep them on the radios during Q4. They can probably afford better producers/writers considering how much money this era has raked in.

 

They've yet to have a 5/5 album for me yet.

I guess they are also the no.1 priority on the Syco/Modest! list now 1D has gone on hiatus. I always got the feeling they were never been their priority when 1D still was going on.

Yes, I really want a perfect album next. But they said they've been working on it for quite some time now, so hopefully a couple months after touring is over will make them have at least a flawless single out on Q4 with a premiere on a XF performance

And predictably they are leaving one of their best tracks to date as an album track in favour of the far inferior Hair.

 

(Maybe there'll be a fifth single but I'm not holding much hope). Still, I hope it does well.

On the album, a re-release would be most likely choice given they'd want a new single of some sort to promote during XF season and they won't have a brand new album ready by then.

I would prefer a new album all together, but the release has to be right in time of year, etc, etc, so if that isn't viable this year, all for a re-release

They have apparently started work on a new album :D

 

Also, there's no guarantee that there would have been a re-release even if they weren't working on a new album. They didn't perform on X Factor 2014 either.

I think they're gonna wait to see how the song does on it's own, if it flops they'll release in the middle of the week.

But I really wish they'd release it on friday. Not only because I want it, but it will have a bigger buzz on international media

I have a feeling they are going to try and do this one right so we will get it on Friday.

Super hyped for this. Can't wait until Friday so we can hear it, get video news (possibly video), probably hear it on the radio and watch its progress on iTunes.
