Posted March 25, 20169 yr 50gPTzjhmhA#t=68 I'm delighted that they've chosen 'Better Place', I'm not sure it will do much in comparison to 'Speechless' but 'Better Place' has remained top 1,500 since the album release so it was a logical release. I absolutely adore this song and find the lyrics incredibly beautiful, it's nowhere near as euphoric as 'Stand By You' or 'Fight Song' but I hope this is another top 100 billboard hit for her. March 25, 20169 yr It's a nice little song. I'd be a bit miffed if this did something though when Stand By You missed the UK Top 100. :drama:
March 25, 20169 yr Author It's a nice little song. I'd be a bit miffed if this did something though when Stand By You missed the UK Top 100. :drama: 'Stand By You' would have done much better had it been held back in the UK, I'd say it would have done similar to 'Run Away With Me' had that been held back, I'm disappointed Radio 1 , Capital or Heart never bothered to rotate 'Stand By You' considering the success of 'Fight Song', after one televised promotion slot it climbed from #158 to #38. I can't see this doing much in the UK but I'm hoping that it manages to go top 100 on USA Billboard.
March 25, 20169 yr I like this a lot! I think I'll give the album a go. I don't think I'll ever get my head around what happened with 'Stand By You'. :(
March 25, 20169 yr Excellent, love the vocals on this one :D (Can Astronauts get released sometime though  )
March 25, 20169 yr Lee it's not her first album.... :kink: Better Place was an album highlight for me so I'm glad it's been picked! :D
March 25, 20169 yr You are not a Rachel stan if you ignore the fabulous Be Here album  Yes Little Light 1000 Ships 53 Steps and Overwhelmed
March 25, 20169 yr Yay! Very happy, a beautiful song  The album is very strong. I would have loved a Hey Hey Hallelujah release, but I will settle for this
March 27, 20169 yr This feels like an advert song. Let's hope Rachel is thinking the same thing :kink:
April 21, 20169 yr She reminds me of a more vocally adept Katy Perry on adderall and anti depressants, tbh. It's almost forcefully too happy. Edited April 21, 20169 yr by Tyler
May 14, 20169 yr The part towards the end when she's interacting with various people on the sofas but is also partly mouthing the words/singing along looks a bit strange visually
