May 17, 20169 yr The 90s is my favourite movie decade, so many classics and "classics", to name but a few of my person list Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country Star Trek First Contact Serial Mom Event Horizon Batman Returns The First Wives Club Death Becomes Her Home Alone 2 Richie Rich Speed 2 (this is, of course, a "classic") Galaxy Quest The Man In The Iron Mask Plus a large portion of that list above. I feel that the lack of CGI really works to the massive benefit of many of those movies. Some of them obviously don't need it, but I have much love for practical special effects and the seemingly lost art of being forced to be truly creative visually because you couldn't just rely on a computer to make some blandly lifelike recreation.
