Yes, and thats in spite of “Work” spending 9 weeks at number 1.

 

The Hot 100 also has more debuts at number 1 than the UK singles chart for the first time.. ever?

And Kyla is the only female artist to go #1 this year so far. And if we exclude features, there's been 0.

So far this year its 5, Justin Bieber is a carry over from 2015 as he returned to #1, I would probably stick my neck out and say around 14.

There'll definitely another 1 week #1 in the inevitable Xmas Charity campaign. It'll also be the first song to drop from #1 to outside the top 40 the next week...
