They had a much longer pre order and the huge single with Get Weird though. Did sales decrease a lot in this past year?

It's likely "Shout Out To My Ex" will be the international lead single (excluding the US).

with "Touch" featuring Ariana Grande being the lead US single and second international single in Q1.

My poor weave.

OMFG!!!!!

LITTLE MIX AND ARI!!! :shakingcheeseblock:

DAT VIDEO THO *.*

Fantastic strategy if true as Touch will end up being able to do a Secret Love Song and catapult up the charts straight from album release thanks to the interest around Ariana whereas if it was the other way around it wouldn't quite work as well.
Really hope the rumours about the Ariana collab are true

The girls are back! @LittleMix with new single #Shoutouttomyex and album on Nov 18th. Our @Aidan94Radio is sooo happy #TheMorningShow

Same day as Louisa Johnson. Strange move from Syco I have to say but oh well, capitalise on those festive sales (Louisa will sure need them).

I am excited for new LM music. As much as I wasn't a fan of the 'Get Weird' album in full I have faith they will really bring it, they always do with their singles anyway.

I can see LM now being as overworked as 1D were if it is going to be a new album every year
I hardly believe it will, genuinely don't think they'll have anything out in 2017, unless by a miracle they find success in America, but then I think they'll be more than happy to do another one, despite tired.
I doubt LM5 will come out in 2017. They're in America with Ariana from beginning of February until mid-April, then they will inevitably have their own tour which will hopefully include North & South America. It's entirely possible they could be touring until November next year
Yeah I don't see a full album for 2017 either. I also wouldn't say they are being overworked, the next year is going to be difficult, but if they want to crack the US then they need to do it at some point. Plus they've been off work for a little while ATM, and they'll be off again for Christmas. I hope in 2017 they'll get enough rest as it's going to be intense, but it should be fun intense. I think they can definitely keep their sanity if they don't bother working on an album and just focus on promo and touring and use time they could work on music as downtime to see friends and family.
If it's true it's out on the 18th of November, there is a chance of a #1, if Emeli's second week isn't too big. I can't see Emeli doing 65/75k+ in her second week (she's nowhere near as popular as she was), so fingers crossed.
They'll probably have some time off after the DW Tour before their own tour starts, which I'm gonna guess will start round about Jesy's birthday. If they do a full world tour (and I don't see why they wouldn't) they could quite easily be touring until November (with a 2/3 week break between legs) so I can't see how they would have time to work on an album next year

Metallica's album is coming on the same date though. And I'm very curious to see how much they will sell. The difference of time they had the album up for pre order is huge so it'll be interesting. I'm not even sure they'll sell 60k again on the first week but I like not to be optimistic.

It does depend on the impact of the lead single as well. Black Magic definitely led to a fab position for them going into pre-orders and keeping the campaign a float.
If they release the first single as an instant grat, it'll have a lot more success with pre orders.
