A month now until Ed releases, I wonder if the two and a half weeks after the Brits will give opportunity for it to go back to #1?

I expect the impact of the Brits will be felt more the week after, which would be the day Ed releases (let's be real here, he'll go straight to Number 1) it's holding steady so going back to Number 1 for a week isn't impossible

Brits is the 22nd so they'll have two days and then a whole other week. Ed doesn't release until the 3rd.

That's what I meant. With the chart being on a Friday these days, in this case the 24th, I doubt there will be a massive impact on that week's chart. I would expect the Brits to have a bigger impact on the chart on the 3rd, when there has been a full week

Yeah but even though the BRITs are almost at the end of the tracking week, there will be constant "promo" for them throughout all week and at this sales climate, all they need is 1 or 2 days of great sales to jump to #1

with a performance and hopefully a win, I reckon they have a decent shot at the top and it may be their last because once Ed's album is released, sadly it will take over the number one position for what will feel like forever.
