Well yes and it's a very good gesture from them. If only they had a better leader.....

They have a great leader. You don't need to be able to go for a pint with someone to vote for the party

Wouldn't mind going for a pint with Jeremy actually. I bet Boris is a right laugh after a few drinks. :D

The only reason I wouldn't mind a Labour administration is because they'd get rid of the awful Work Capability Assessment. They haven't said what they'd replace it with though, just that all assessments would be "in house" so no more Atos or Maximus face-to-face meetings. It's barmy that in the next 6 years I'll probably have 6 more assessments before moving on to the pension.

As a Bullingdon boy, he set fire to momey in front of the homeless and according to some even urinated on some homeless people too. That's not funny. He's just a complete and utter rich arse.

Jeremy doesn't drink alcohol.

Jeremy doesn't drink alcohol.

Oh no of course I forgot. Boris certainly does. Saw him with champagne in his hand and a big grin at Buckingham Palace this week. :D

Finally, one thing we have in common. ;)

What happened to that promise to avoid alcohol until we left the EU? Another lie, it seems.

That phrase 'according to some' sounds like mere hearsay to me.

Maybe so, but it’s the sort of thing these Bullingdon hooligans do. It is an established fact that Johnson was a member.

What it lacks is proof though. After all, *I'm* always getting called out over 'wild speculations '

As ever, you missed the point. Corbyn gets lambasted any time it emerges that he once met someone who knew someone who passed somebody in the street whose milkman one delivered to a person who knew someone in the IRA. Johnson was a member of a club that indulged in behaviour that would land anyone else with a criminal record.

That seems to have stuck with some people. My cousin and her husband, working class, not rich at all and scornful of Boris, both voted Tory in now marginal Penistone and Stockbridge, because in their words to me "Corbyn supports the IRA" They said was it The Sun. My cousin said "Chris, even though I think Boris is batshit crazy, no way could I vote for that terrorist supporter" They knew others who would hold their noses and voty Tory for that reason too and not Brexit.

It's a pity so many people over there are idiots then isn't it and simply again proves that the propaganda in the right wing media over there resonates with people willing to believe it.

She sounds like she has plenty of sound radical ideas imo!

I take it you don't mean 'radical' in the Yes Minister sense... :P
