I wonder if we'll ever see Negan use Lucille again :lol: I think the network might have been put off after the huge backlash they received over how violent Glenn and Abraham's deaths were.

It's The Walking Dead, if any show can get away with more gore it'll be this one. :lol:

 

Maybe we won't see it as directly as that again though, potentially some sneaky cutaways could make it less graphic.

Sasha has landed a big role in the upcoming Star Trek TV show and Rosita is pregnant in real life, this story line couldn't be more obvious.

 

Sasha and Rosita go on a suicide mission to kill Negan and fail and we are back at where we are now beginning of next season.

Tara was pregnant last season and she stayed on but yeah it does seem a tad convenient.

I thought that was the best episode of the series. I really like The Kingdom community and I feel they're well developed. Probably helped there was a lot of tension and some stellar acting from Lennie James. I feel tragic for the Morgan character, but I feel he is much better when he is in crazy mode.

EASILY the best episode of the series and it's not even close. Give Lennie James and Melissa McBride all of the awards!

I didn't even finish that episode, Morgan I just cant stand now. Carol (Melissa) gave a great performance as she always does, she really needs to be back into the main fray because the likes of Rosita and co just cant hold a torch to the acting of Melissa.

 

I hate when barely developed characters die too, the young guy (his name escapes me) showed a little spark of something but well yeah that's over.

You need to finish the episode. There was lots of good character development this episode, both the deaths saved a major purpose for Morgan and arguably for The Kingdom.

 

Both Morgan and Carol have been so underused this season.

Sounds like the finale is gonna be a fan pleaser. I think it's pretty obvious now that they're gonna capture Negan?

I'm relieved Rosita and Sasha suicide mission isn't the season final.

 

Though why bother capturing him (not saying your assumption is wrong) bar to drag it out into next season.

Well JDM has already confirmed that he's in the 8th season so they can't exactly kill him off before that :P I actually think he'll be around beyond that too but we'll just have to wait and see I guess.

I know most of you enjoyed last weeks, I thought it was pretty "eh" in all honesty, I really loved this weeks ep! The tension and horror elements are back! Rosita is a Queen. She's so badass! Loved seeing her and Sasha bond more.

 

Really excited for the last couple of episodes!

Onto episode 10 today there, not sure I like all these weird new groups - they have all forgotten their real lives very quickly - don't know why they have silly names. Loved the series 6 finale though possibly the most intense hour of tv I have watched!!

I'm gonna need Rosita to be Lucille'd asap. She's so dreary, I just can't be doing with her.

Ideally we could do with when the big battle against the saviours happens we have a huge cull of people. It would be great after that moment if we lost Enid, Sasha and/or Rosita if either are still alive, Aaron's BF (I like to think he and Jesus can fall for each other make an actual interesting storyline for Aaron), Eugene, Morgan and Gabriel.

 

Our main group is back on the run as everything is destroyed and it is winter coming up fast and the they are forced to find a new location, being forced back into a city to use buildings to survive the winter.

No don't kill Enid!!

Yeah. I could do without Enid. She's irritating.

 

Rosita has so much more to give as a character AND to the group. But there does seem to have been a lot of storyline for her this season, so I have a feeling she could be killed off fairly soon! I'm really loving her so much at the moment though. Sasha varies for me! I find her annoying one minute, badass the next, but then back to annoying and bland soon after...

 

Gabriel I could do without. Eugene's time is up for me, too. I wouldn't miss him if he was to die. I like the idea of Jesus and Aaron having a bit of a romantic storyline, and I actually forgot Aaron had a boyf so he can def go.

Rosita is pregnant in real life and I want them properly back on the run, they just about got away with Tara being pregnant because they had ASZ as a safe base to sideline her with.

 

The less of these bit part side characters there are the less wasted time and more focus on a core set of characters.

 

As for Enid, she has been in it what over 2 years and apart from being a moody teenager and Maggie's friend, what has she done?

 

Also has Carl fallen off the face of the earth? When was he last seen, this is part of the problem for me. Just too many characters, so when Enid or Gabriel are getting screen time I'd rather know what Carl is doing, or how Daryl is fitting in at the Hilltop.

So what did people think of last nights episode - do yous believe Dwight has turned a corner due to the what happened his ex? Will Eugene and Sasha both survive?
