I think if they'd entered Singing About Love this year rather than 2015 they'd have both won the national final (rather than be 2nd) and also have a better chance of qualifying than Apollo does.

 

I still think it faces an uphill struggle and relies on a near perfect draw and a revamp, but they should avoid last for three years in a row at least! That said, none of Apollo's competition would do any better than Apollo will.

Studio version (radio rip) is below for those interested. However the live performance tonight seems to have been tweaked since this version so I imagine the proper studio version will be a little different when it appears!

 

I just listened to that Exodus and I didn't even think the vocals were particularly bad and the song is quite the chilled dance jam.

Well this is the best thing I've heard from this year so far. The best Swiss entry since at least 2013, possibly since Lovebugs back in 2009.

Definitely a lot more polished, would be an injustice if Switzerland were to come last in the semi for the 3rd year running.

 

May well even push Sebalter from Best Swiss entry of the decade.
