September 7, 20168 yr I find 'What You Need' does the whole fun, retro, doo-wop, 'Private Show' thing a LOT better than what PS does. Also, I said in my first review that 'Hard To Forget Ya' was gonna go either way for me and I was either gonna love it, or find it annoying and thankfully I am SO in love with it! (Although I can respect and see that it is not single worthy!)
September 7, 20168 yr Author 7/8 is way too generous  I'd rate 'Just Like Me' 6.5/10, 'Hard To Forget Ya' 7/10 and 'What You Need' an 8/10. Stan mode is off now that I've let it digest for almost 2 weeks. This album presents the cohesive nature of 'Femme Fatale' with the quality of 'Blackout' and 'In The Zone'. I'm not sure if it beats out 'Blackout' quite, but I'd rate it slightly higher than 'In The Zone' (My 2 favorite albums of all time). So, I really just adore this album from all angles. This is the album I've been begging for since 'Blackout'.
