I'd be pretty surprised if one of the acts didn't sing an LM song

Anything but Black Magic. Ideally we'll get a SOTME performance, but I'll take a Salute, Move, Wings, Hair or DNA performance. I wouldn't be surprised if someone did SLS either.

Why do I get a feeling it'll be mostly boy band songs though?

I feel like Saara could make a great performance of DNA. + seeing that chart again would be wonderful but that won't happen it'll probably be SOTME or BM.

8k lead for Little Mix in the first midweeks.

1 Little Mix - Shout Out to My Ex (33,794)

2 James Arthur - Say You Won't Let Go (25,393)

Should keep a few thousand lead this week, Next week could be close though either could be end up #1.

8k is enough for them to hold on this week for sure, but I fear it'll be their last week. I was hoping they'd manage a 4th and have their longest running #1 but matching BM's run is great.
They might lose the #1 next week if they don't have any promo planned, but I'm sure they'll reach it again come album release week
Shout Out To My Ex increased to #12 (+4) on the United World Chart! It sold 149k this past week, bringing its WW sales to 270k in 2 weeks!
I think they've closed the gap on James a bit on Spotify this morning, I'm hoping they can overtake again in a couple of days.
Yeah, they'll be off #1 within a couple of days, but it's their longest stay at #1 on iTunes ever!
There's been no promo here for at least a week so it's understandable really.

Album will help it out

They don't really need promo? What promo have Clean Bandit had who are gaining on them? Promo provides temporary boosts, and I am glad they do do it, but when you're a big act like Little Mix, airplay doing its job is more important and they're getting big airplay. 3 weeks #1 is great.

Still #1 in the mids today, sold 1.3k more than James yesterday.

They're performing this on Jonathan Ross on the 12th!
