This is the first time Thelonia top this particular list having in fact not even featured in the top 10 in either of 2017 or 2018. Bøtanikkä meanwhile were our biggest fans in 2017 then dropped to 7th last year. Danæviia (in their various guises) make the top 5 once again although interestingly have not given us a +18 since 2016. Cowtermont, Land of DW & Rolloland also all appear again this year after featuring in last year's top 10, with Rolloland once again being the country who voted us on the most occasions. They have in fact voted for 14 of our past 15 finalists, with BJSC 111's 'Taste Of Love' being the only exception. Cadelicia return for 2019 after previously finishing runners-up 2 years ago. 'White Sand' proved to be very popular among our biggest fans with 5 of the top 10 pointing it as their highest. We lose Skall, Quintessa, Suedeonia, Espen & Terra Avium from last year's top 10 with Terra Avium featuring the highest (at #13) & Quintessa/Espen the lowest (joint 46th). The biggest positive discrepancy (i.e. we owe you one next year ;)) this year was with Land of DW as we only offered them 7 points in return, a points gap of 43, however it should be noted that their DNQ 'Trip To Ireland' was among our favourite entries of the entire year and would have been a nailed-on +18 had it featured in the final. Narrowly missing out on featuring in this list were Oslol (41 points) & Aelandor (40 points). A grand total of 61 different countries pointed us this year with a combined points score of 1421. They were the only nation we gave our +18 to more than once and also received the most votes with us voting for 7 of their 8 finalists (with only last contest's 'Changed' missing out on any points). Thelonia & Bøtanikkä both see rises up to 2nd & 4th respectively meaning the same 3 nations feature in both lists' top 4. The significant standout in this list is Kluminican Republic, receiving our third highest points in 2019 despite not pointing a single one of our entries in return this year :o Last year's runaway winners Cowtermont drop to 7th this time round. There are 6 swaps in the list from last year: Persephonia, Land of DW, Summericia, Tinnmark, Cadelicia & Jadakissnia all depart with Persephonia the highest of these at 13th and of DW the lowest in 50th. As mentioned the largest negative points discrepancy was comfortably Kluminican Republic's 56 points. Strong ally Rolloland move up from their 6th place last year into 2nd followed jointly by Aelandor & East Rukahavian who both make their first appearance in our yearly top 10 fanbase. Suedeonia return to the top in 5th place to better their 8th place in 2018 whilst Trifoski appear for the first time just behind. Persephonia remain in the same position as last year. Regular stalwarts Danæviia finish in 8th, unsurprisingly the only country other than Bøtanikkä to feature every year. The top 10 is rounded out by Utopia & Niceland who also both make their first appearances in this list. Just missing the top 10 this year are Cor Lupus & Thelonia who both provided us with 31 points, the former from just 2 votes. The latter, along with Cowtermont, Land of DW, Cadelicia, Flynnonda & FSR Rontvia all fall out of the top 10 from last year. 7 of the top 10 had BAYAREA.BMP as their favourite Dobago entry of 2020.
