October 23, 20168 yr I thought '16' was doing pretty well on UK Spotify? It seems silly not to release that first. (Maybe there's copyright issues?) It is a ludicrous choice to go with Change My Love, 16 sounds like a major smash. Surely if 16 is on the album it should be able to be pushed as a single (I assume he would have had to clear the copyright already).

November 22, 20168 yr The whole single thing is a massive mess to be honest. Neither are that good ─ 16 would have had a far better reaction and it was on the borderline of being a hit, anyway (near top 50 on Spotify) so that'd have tipped it into the top 40. Stupid label.

He's establishing himself as a popular artist again so why would he basically re-release one of his biggest hits that has been remixed with the production of a somg he had no part in. It doesn't offer him any musical progression that would help his career imo. It's doing fine enough by itself, creating some hype, without the need to push it as a single.

I highly doubt it'll be pushed as a single after Christmas either as the lyrics focus on 2016 also (kinda making it irrelevant :kink:)
