December 31, 20168 yr Author it was 33% for rejects last year tho just went by that, sry if that's not the case! and plus it would be 20 points deduction if we're doing a figure like that as it needs to be more than the maximum score i'm sure, to incentivise voting over non-voting
December 31, 20168 yr Ah yeah, I really need to pay more attention to rejects. But yeah it's 15 points mainly because it's just a token gesture so that it doesn't distort the results too much.
