Out November 17th.

Nice artwork! The release date is a lot later than usual (normally late October) - I wonder why they've delayed it this year - isn't that when 'Now! 98' will be released?

Looking forward to seeing the tracklist, hoping for a lot of Live Lounge Month covers :D

Yes it is. So that means LL will most likely reach #2 on the compilation chart

^ omg yay more intros!

They NEVER played that Katy Perry one. They just put a basic tag at the front of the song as far as I'm aware. That Swedish House Mafia one is amazing *.*

Rita Ora insta-added at B

Ready For It back on the playlist at C

I still don't think Ready For It is on the playlist at all, when Adele was playing the new additions just after 5am this morning, it wasn't included.

Taylor's new track Gorgeous was played once during her show & also played once on the Breakfast show.

I know it's NMF but perhaps its that one that's been added instead?

for sure it would make more sense

How...disappointing. Only 16 tracks on each disc is pretty pathetic to say how much they have to choose from. Also, do we really need two songs by Rag'n'Bone Man?

Plus this 4. Harry Styles - Wild Thoughts [originally by DJ Khaled] never happened lol.

I did think Wild Thoughts seemed odd  Must be Sign Of The Times or Two Ghosts then OR it's Craig David idk

Nick Grimshaw's Radio 1 Breakfast Show has plummeted to its lowest ratings yet – and the station's worst since RAJAR started collecting data in 1992.

After bouncing back the last time these figures were released a few months ago, Grimmy's weekly listenership has gone down from 5.49m to under 5m for the first time.

This is apparently the breakfast show's smallest audience since it began in 1967.

There's better news for Radio 1 generally, though. Its weekly ratings have gone up from 9.58m to 9.6m, although this is down slightly on 9.7m a year ago.

Ben Cooper, Controller BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra & Asian Network, made the point in his statement that Radio 1's online audience is hitting record numbers.

"As we celebrate our amazing 50th anniversary, Radio 1 continues to be the most relevant youth brand in the UK today, with 10.55m weekly listeners (aged 10+), a record 5 million subscribers on YouTube, and 9.45 million subscribers on social media," he said.

"Having just been crowned National Radio Station of the year, 1Xtra further grows on its one million plus listenership and sees the highest ever audience for the Breakfast Show."

Grimmy's got to go. He's too divisive to be on at Breakfast.

The problem is though, who to replace him with? Greg is clearly now focused on getting into TV. I'd put Scott on for a year or two to help stabilise the numbers whilst they're trying to find a long-term replacement.

I think Matt Edmondson is the most likely candidate when Grimmy moves on.

He is like Grimmy version 2 aka annoying af

I never said he's who I'd choose, though it doesn't concern me as I don't listen to R1 anymore. It just appears to be looking that way as I can't see them ever making Scott the regular breakfast host (too old), and Greg James/Clara Amfo/Annie Mac won't want to move slots either.

Perhaps they could move Alice Levene or Dev to weekday breakfast (and Matt Edmondson to weekend breakfast in the latter case), in any case though I don't think any of them are good enough.

Matt and Alice doing a joint show would be very interesting, they always seem to get on very well on each others shows so I think it'd work.

I'm beginning to think it's time the BBC moved Ben Cooper on now and bring in someone new to run Radio 1. It's great they have over 5 million subscibers to the youtube channel and over 9 million social media followers, but if that audience are not listening to the main product, then it's all a complete waste of time I'm afraid!

Radio 1's listening figures are at an all time low and something needs to be done now to stop them declining even further!

I think Ben Cooper knows that listening figures are in irreversible decline due to Spotify/YouTube hence him bigging up R1's social media presence.
Matt is definitely going to get Scott's show when the inevitable happens and he gets the boot, though I would LOVE Scott to do breakfast and he is the only regular stand-in for Nick. However, I don't think Nick had even gone near the breakfast show before he was given it so we could just get someone completely unexpected! Not sure who I'd have to replace him really as no one stands out massively. Dev always seems to have a good rapport with listeners? So maybe him idk.
